I purchased an item for a Resident in an Elderly Care Home, when it finally came the Lady's condition had deteriorated past the point where she could use the item - so I have been trying to return it!! - I have waited now two weeks for a response to my returns application! also disppointed that they charge a percentage of the original cost for items that are returned!! so not a positive experience I have to say - everything slow slow slow !!

I ordered an item which was significantly cheaper than other vendors however I would not expect the support and communication to suffer. The item took an age to arrive and I was later told I could have selected next day delivery but it wouldn't make a difference. I would accept this for the price but they need to communicate with their customers. I had to ring in in 3 occasions and had a total call time of almost 45 mins on a NGN. I got the same person each time which indicates customer service is 1 person!

I bought a dog lead- great quality, very competitive price, well-packaged, delivery took a week, but i live in N Scotland. Overall very satisfied with the order.

Item took over 2weeks to arrive No communication. Company needs to review their customer services! Never will use again!

I ordered Incontinence pads for my handicapped son on the 24th October. An e-mail informed me the order was on its way and £102.60 was deducted from my account.Normal delivery time 1-3 days.No order has arrived, no tracking as suggested by Oneclick is available from Royal Mail, no phone calls are answered but ring out every time, no replacement order has been sent. I have sent numerous e-mails and the usual standard reply has been sent even saying I should contact my local Royal Mail office to see where the parcel is! I have had enough---they have got my money and my son has no pads ! How can he wait for 14 days ? I have now contacted BBC Watchdog about their appalling Customer Service and would advise other dis-satisfied customers to do the same.

I ordered a lipstick to be sent to my mother at another address. The whole process went well. The lipstick took a little longer to arrive than my mother had hoped, otherwise we were pleased with the service.

I have used this site a couple of times now and have always received my goods very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

I used this site for the 1st time a few weeks ago and would definately use it again. Items that i bought were good quality for value prices, would recommend them to family and friends.

Never use this site, no communication. i returned goods over a month ago and still no refund. tried to call and no answer, no reply to any of my emails. i cant stress enough how much you shouldn't use this site

This was one of the worst experiences of buying online! I ordered some thrush medication and they wrote back to me that I could only have one capsule. Other sites just don't let you order I'd you exceed the quantity allowed inadvertently. Anyway I wrote back and said to just send me the one capsule and refund the rest. Then I received an email saying my reply was in a queue and I had to be patient!! I tries ringing them for two days in a row and spent a small fortune but no one ever answered I was on hold forever. Then the following day I sent them another email to say not to bother to send it because it was too late and I would just buy somewhere else. Again I got a reply saying to be patient! Finally the following day I threatened to contact trading standards and they finally refunded.
Absolute nightmare!!!

Ordering is very straightforward ,delivery is quite quick with no complications , all in all a good supplier will use again and would not have any issues with regard to further recommendations

in general products are geat and the delivery was really fast but I didnt like the customer service so much. they told me some items were missing but didn't say what. I contacted them with the request to know what i have and what I don't on my parcell (so I can plan my christmas shopping/ presents) but they never answered this question. i had to wait till the parcell arrived and check it only at this time.

I feel also that the service is not VERY personal because i recive almost every day an e mail from them saying things like "thanks for visiting our site.. if you want to orde.. whatever.. bla..bla..bla.. ) -Like I am a NEW customer who never ordered.
I didn't like it because it shows that they don't really pay attention to every order and every customer. That's how I see it.. sorry..

I would recommend this company, it was my first order with them and they delivered very quick, they also telephoned me to make sure i was happy with my purchase which i found very nice, not many company`s would take the time or trouble to do that, so i found that very reassuring, i will most certainly be shopping with them again.

I've purchased from Oneclickpharmacy on two occasions. Both times my order was delivered very quickly and was well packed, which is important when glass bottles are involved.

On the second occasion I had a little difficulty at checkout because a voucher code I was using wasn't applied even though entered, however, the e-mail I sent to customer service was responded to very quickly and the discount applicable from the voucher code was refunded to me within about 24 hours.

I have used One Click a few times now and have had an easy pleasant transaction each time.
I will continue to use & recommend.

The ordered product arrived to Hungary in less than 2 days, after that it took more than 4 weeks for the hungarian post the deliver it. But finally I have received it. I have received a very quick and kind feedback to my inquery from OneClick. I'm very satisfied with the service and I would recomend it to everybody.

Was a bit wary of Oneclickpharmacy as had read some poor reviews last year. Decided to take the chance as product was considerably cheaper than elsewhere. Items were well packaged and arrived quickly. Would recommend and use again
