After several fruitless days of emails back and forth to different OneSim support folks to get my voice calls working, it was Gino who very patiently did extensive trouble shooting and discovered the solution - now I can call out and receive calls using the 1SIM Voip app. And he clearly explained how to use either the Internet or SIM data, and how to set up my Samsung to minimize background data costs from all the other apps. Being able to speak with him on my landline while he was troubleshooting was key.

After an exhaustive month or so on a OneSim Help Desk Ticket trying to determine why my VOIP app did not work on an Android phone, I congratulate the help team for putting up with me. It is not that I don’t like OneSim; I do and have used it for over ten years with great success. When tech things go wrong, I suspect I am not alone in becoming a poor-me bore and a nuisance. Although One Sim did not actually solve my problem, they spent endless time with me trying many solutions. In the end, changing the modem/router in the house had OneSim’s VOIP app working perfectly.
In an age where so much of customer service is robotic at best and non-existence at worst, it is great to know that OneSim has real people to keep customers happy and up to tech speed. Thanks guys.

I have used OneSim for a couple of years. Since day one I have not been able to use my credit cards (RBC Visa and Mastercard in Canada) to buy credits on the Sim account or even buy credits in the 1Simfund. So I have been using Paypal to make payments on their system. However it appears that they are no longer allowing Paypal so it's adios to OneSim. I've never had such a frustrating experience trying to give money to a vendor.
UPDATE. After this review OneSim sent me an email explaining that my account information must match exactly what is input on their order system. I have spent hours with my bank trying to correct this and nothing works. I have not had this issue with other vendors in over 30 years of using my Visa cards. Very disappointed.

This card may be useful if you travel a lot, but it is way cheaper to buy a local card. I got one to travel in Africa and to use in the USA. The coverage in East Africa was fine, but it was very expensive to run. The coverage in the USA was unreliable and cost was so high that I bought a local pre-pay card for much less. They give no refunds on extra credit if you top-up in case you need it. My purchase of this card ended up being an expensive experiment that was rarely worth it.

Extremely fast follow up on questions. When my sim card was held up in USPS, they contacted them and I received my card the same day.

Wanted a sim card that delivers. It has not got a out of country limit to the days.
Although I live in England it covers all the country's I visit as a truck driver and traveller.

After conducting extensive research for a reliable phone service while traveling internationally, we chose OneSim Card and couldn't be happier. We started the service 7-8 years ago with hard SIM cards. This year. I decided to try their eSIM in one of our phones. Customer service provided by Gino was "Top Notch" in resolving a couple of issues in a timely fashion. Gino stayed in contract throughout the process, ensuring all technical issues were resolved to our full satisfaction. We're installing their eSIM on my wife's phone now as well after piloting on my phone. The eSIMs will reduce the number of phones we have to carry for travel for safety and communication purposes. We highly recommend OneSim Card!!!

I regret to share an extremely disappointing experience with OneSimCard's support and service. As a customer who relies on their SMS service for essential 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) access to my bank account, I have encountered a severe disruption that has persisted for over 15 days. (We are not able to get sms since 1st november)
The inability to receive authentication messages from my bank has effectively blocked my financial operations and caused significant inconvenience. This disruption, which directly impacts my access to vital banking services, has had dire consequences for my ability to manage financial transactions.
And there is inadequate response from OneSimCard's support team. Initially, they attributed the issue to the Bank of America, which led to unnecessary delays in addressing the problem. It was only after further investigation that we discovered the complete failure of PEN numbers, which is integral to the service.
This experience has not only eroded my trust in OneSimCard but has also raised serious concerns about the reliability and competence of their support and services. As a customer who values dependable and efficient service, this ordeal has been deeply frustrating and has caused undue stress.
I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering OneSimCard's services. The inability to provide essential services such as reliable SMS delivery for 2FA has left me extremely dissatisfied and seeking alternatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and service quality.
In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to explore other options and exercise caution when relying on OneSimCard for critical services.

I was very impressed with the support from OneSimCard. I did a lot of research before purchasing since this was my first International trip. I saw good reviews for so I went with this one. I contacted them 3 times before the trip and they were very responsive and helpful. Once I was on my trip, I had a couple of issues and again, their response was swift and professional. The installation was easy enough and since we went to two different countries, it was nice to not have to get two different SIMcards. It worked in both countries. Thank you.

One sim customer service is very good, no need to wait, just dial from your mobile to customer care, and within one minute you will receive a callback. All problems were listened to very carefully and they were resolved instantly. last 7 years I have been using this service in various countries whenever I travel. No need for a local country number to dial someone.

5 stars for the valuable assistance received from Gino over the phone for me and wife. He is very knowledgeable about SIM card functions and phone operations (both android and Apple) and patiently explained everything. He also made useful suggestions about data plans based on our specific travel plans including how to get the best value on the different options.
