Poor speed, i don't recommend. Stay away.
Update: used in Cancun Mexico. My phone connected to LTE and 4G, however service was un-usable. Website didn't load, apps can't connect.

I got OneSimCard Universal in FEB 2023 & I'm one happy customer ! I'm an Australian who travelled to Singapore, Malaysia & California,USA using OneSimCard. I was apprehensive at first that I could use just one SIM card for three countries & more. I had no problems whatsoever throughout my 21-day trip as I read thoroughly the user-friendly operational manual available on their website. I simply opted for the Zone A Data Plan which cost $20 for 30 days with 1000 MB which was more than sufficient. I used only WhatsApp when making calls because I could use home wifi when staying with relatives & turned on Mobile Data & Data Roaming when I was outside. I had no problem using Uber & other ride share apps which required only mobile data which I had plenty using Zone A Data Plan. I found using WhatsApp with Data was a cheaper option than making regular voice calls. I made sure I switched off both Mobile Data & Data Roaming when not in use to prevent data wastage. As such, I still had about 500 MB data leftover from the 1000 MB ! Perhaps those who complain about this mobile service should look into this. Although I'm not very tech savvy, I must thank Gino from OneSimCard Support team for patiently answering all my questions so I can make an informed decision on which SIM card to choose for my requirements. My many questions were swiftly replied via email & also by phone in record time. His replies were clear, targeted & precise which ultimately resulted in clarifying my doubts. I made my purchase confident that I can rely on efficient customer care should I ever need it. So yes, I would highly recommend OneSimCard for seamless mobile phone coverage when travelling.

German network providers do NOT support this Simcard. On the website they claim that they cover Garmany but I am from Germany and it doesn't work - their support confirmed that their simcards are not coverd by German network providers. This might affect other European countries as well since e.g. the simcard is not working for telecom.
Now I want my money back bcs. they make false claims on their website and it is not working for me in Germany but the support is not responding to my mails.
Additional they are very expensive compared to other providers. Look for other providers!!
Especially when you want to travel in Europe or if you have family/friends in Europe.

Easy set up and free incoming calls in north america and australia. An excellent sim to stay connected. Good service even live agent chat available for some supporr and answer questions.
They are nothing but a scam.
I bought an e-sim from them as I am going to be travelling internationally.
When I installed the SIM in my device it would not get any service. I called a customer service who had me do a lot of things, including erasing the SIM and then reinstalling, but none of them worked. Later he tells me he will escalate the situation and then I receive and email saying I have to activate my data pack to get service. Since I had time, I decided to only activate the data right before my travel and after activating I still did not get any service. When I contacted the customer service again, they had me do a bunch of stuff again and finally at the end they say you cannot erase and reinstall an e-sim and so I cannot use that SIM anymore. I would have to buy another one just to use it.
Keep in mind that when I reached out to them, I told them what are the things I tried, including reinstalling the sim. They however only decided to let me know that my SIM would not work after wasting my whole day going back and forth, telling me to trying different things.
Therefore, it is quite clear that they do not know what they are doing and so making up an excuse just to get even more money out of me.
My iPhone with OneSimCard and has been used worldwide for a few years now. It has worked flawlessly and was especially appreciated while traveling during COVID times. Customer service has been excellent.
I really was looking forward to using this eSim product as it would have solved a few problems for me, however this is the most expensive and confusing option for any travel data needs. The data plans are at least FOUR times the cost of a travel SIM purchased locally. The plans themselves are very opaque and need to be simplified dramatically to service the needs of all customers. I submitted a support ticket (Ticket 266679 for the OneSIM people monitoring this site) which was initially promptly responded to, but I still haven't received a response to a clarification question. This product has so much potential, but the delivery of the product is confusing (probably deliberately so), very expensive and certainly not worth the money. Don't get me started on the confusing website and the atrocious android app to manage your account with. The app freezes on both of my Google Pixel 7's and is unusable.
Well after following the complicated dialing instructions (while visiting Barbados),no calls went through. So I have wasted about $100.
Promise by email to address the matter did not materialize.
I would advise people to wait until they reach their intended destination (in this case Barbados ) and you'll get a far superior, easy to apply, product for half the price. Now 12 days and still waiting to get it up and running
I was ask to purchase an upgrade sim on 9/10/22 and then they put out an OAT update soon later. I tried many time by following their customer support's suggestion but could not get the update. Which means my card will be useless after 12/31/2022. They wanted me to buy another new card but my current card is not even 2 months old yet.

I am giving 5 stars simply because the customer service agents stuck by me for two long trouble shooting sessions when in the end, I discovered that it was MY problem because I had "Do not disturb" clicked on my phone resulting in voice calls not connecting. The service now works fine. My data package is 2000 MB for under $25----reasonable. GPS doesn't use that much---primary reason for me.
Very poor. Onesimcard is supposed to be the "travellers' SIM", but when I filled in their purchase form I had 3 problems:
1. they didn't accept a non-US mobile phone number as my home mobile. So I had to invent a fake phone number just to progress my purchase.
2. they refused to accept a non-US post code - do travellers only come from the US?
3. when I contacted the "Help" chat, the guy got annoyed, and wrote "why is your delivery address different from your home address?" What?? Does the "travellers" SIM company not understand the nature of "travelling"? (ie: being somewhere other than home).
Naturally did not buy the SIM, and judging from these other reviews, I had a lucky escape! But I did waste an hour of my precious time because of their incompetence, so they get the review.
A complete waste of time for IOT applications.
1. You cannot find a rate. It is very well hidden. They do not show up until you activate a card.
2. There is a lot of stuff to fill out before activation. Some of it makes no sense.
3. Once activated, rates show up. Rate is $0.25/MB This is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. I can certainly see why they hide it. They are competing with some that are near $0.02/MB

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I have been traveling alone in Europe and I bought this card with the intention that I would not have to worry about having data. God that was a mistake. Because 4G would randomly stop working, even when I had money on my account, I was stranded twice. I spent hours getting the Sim Card to work in these instances. It’s really caused an incredibly stressful vacation. The SIM card is also incredibly overpriced. I only turn on my data when I am driving (2 hours every other day), and somehow $50 is able to be burned through every 24 hours. I have never had a SIM card this bad, please find yourself another company.
Here is my story with this company. I ordered a cellphone and funded an account with them. I quickly found out that the phone itself cannot be used in the US, they said "temporarily". Temporarily went on for over a month. The phone they sent was the famous Chinese cellphone, ZTE, that the US government will not use because it contains spyware. They absolutely do not care if their customers are subject to spying. This cheap phone went out just before my trip to Europe. It could not be charged. The problem was not the battery but the internals and could not be fixed. When I applied for a refund and followed their email directions, they refused because they wanted the box and the instructions. These items cost pennies. OneSimCard is a predatory company that cares nothing for their customers. Are they collaborating with the Chinese government to spread spyware? A Congressional Investigation should be started.

I used no data on this card and racked up $200 in 10 days just making calls in Switzerland. Way too expensive. Better to get local sims. In Switzerland try the Coop card...from grocery store chain. Can get it from Interdiscount. Great help.

Very dissatisfied with OneSimCard. The promises of ease and support were unfounded. I ran in to many, many issues with our cards, phones and spent hours on the chat to resolve. Check the time log of the chats to my requests. Two days and over one hour to resolve one issue is way too long while on vacation. I lost several hours trying to resolve additional issues with my phone and my son's phone even when I expressed that it was urgent. I will never use OneSimCard again and will dissuade anyone who is over 50 yrs old who needs to ask for help in changing out a Sim Card or determining how to text another person who is in another country. Additionally, complicated responses to chat when I needed to add more minutes. I gave up after 2 chats and over 45 mins to resolve. Nobody wants anxiety and tears in resolving phones while on vacation.

I purchased a mobile number for bank verification. Cost me 100 $ (1 year subscription). Bank of America accepted the number but Zelle payment in the same account rejected the number for verification.
So, works with BofA but does NOT work with Zelle.
You can buy the sim/service if Zelle payment service is NOT needed.
If they make it clear on their website that it does NOT work with Zelle, it will save a lot of disappointment and time. Offering a monthly plan (without having to pay for a whole year) Will help customers try the service and ensure that their needs are met.
Online support is not good as they try to drag it out. It does NOT appear that they are keen on refunding if it does NOT work out.
FAQ has limited info and so it is difficult to fully confirm that it will work for us. For example, I don't recall it saying it does NOT work with Zelle.
You can opt for this service if you are looking for basic verification service with BofA. Zelle or other needs - check before you buy

It's definitely not worth it. Website is not user friendly. The packages are a little more expensive than buying esim locally.
I thought I would optimize time by having just one international sim as I was travelling through many countries, but anytime my package finished, they would start to charge the account INCREDIBLE AMMOUNTS OF MONEY.
I had inserted 120 dollars credit which I was planning to use to buy 2 packages of 5G in 1month. Eventually, after my first package was consumed, they just started to charge my account and in ONE DAY of internet use (no videos, just what app and web) 100 dollars were gone!
I felt very deceived and the customer service was not helpful at all.
