A problem occurred and the technical support people found an obscure setting in my iPhone that needed to be changed. That fixed what was a vexing problem that was not the fault of 1Sim VOIP.

Horrible experience!
-Customer service is functioning more like a robot in a defensive stance! There is no human effort to understand the customer situation, and rather just push the blame back onto the customer and make him pay additional fees!
- 1st sim card ordered was sent to my US mail forwarding address, after which, it got lost in transit and never received (initial outbreak of COVID-19). This is not a fault of OneSimCard of course. BUT, when I contacted them and explained the situation, I received a useless reply saying" your shipment has been delivered"! Obviously, there was no "customer care" or any attempt to understand the situation! I was not even given the option to pay for a replacement sim card.
- I had to order a completely new sim card, which was supposed to have banking SMS service enabled. The card I received did not have that. And when I contacted customer support again, I had to purchase additional
- OneSimCard is continuously trying to charge me monthly for the lost sim card that was never received nor activated. And no action whatsoever was taken by customer service to fix the situation, even after contacting them twice about the sim card being lost!
- Another observation is how outdated the website and user interfaces are. Information on the website and sim-management pages is not clear and extremely non-user-friendly! The system look and functionality is very 1990's!
- If I could push back time, I would not have spent a single penny for this crappy level of customer service!
Works great once I figured it out. Bought sim card thinking to use it for bank verification. Figured out I needed to then get a us bank verification PEN after registration. Then I could receive SMS messages but could not respond. Figured out I had to receive and send through Voip app not through messages and it works great. Thanks. Customer support was patient with me and had me up and running in no time flat.
The number that I was given was to be used as a bank verification number. However, when I attempted to use it the bank said it could not accept the number as it was not an actual landline or sim.
Yes have received onesimcard and have not used it as yet but will soon. Thank you
Very good customer service! Kind, friendly and well-informed product knowledge. Much appreciated!
The product purchased does not match the product received. My receipt shows "USA Phone Number for 2 step SMS verifications and alarms from PayPal, WhatsApp, Banks and financial institutions + SIM Card." The SIM card was never received. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had never purchased a SIM and would have to pay more to obtain one.

The instructions are complicated, but once you get it right everything works as advertised.
Fast and good service, customer service answered all my questions.

Very easy to use the card. Staff is professional and quick to answer my questions.

The number for sim forwarding worked well for most 2 factor authentications except zelle...it did take a week or so back and forth between my bank and Onesim but eventually I'm able to make zelle payments now using forwarded 2 factor sms.

The sim cards work.
However, their customer service is on par with comcast. They are animals.
One would think that reloading your account would be easy.
Forget it.
You have to upload authorization forms, with lots of personal info, in order to make a simple payment.
Oh, and they say you can pay with paypal... however, good fn luck finding it.
After speaking to the customer serviced dullard cowards, they gave me the run around.
Bottom line, all i had to do was upload the form.
I did. Against my will.
Then... no paypal option.
You're best bet is to simply but a sim at the air port when you land. They are overpriced and scummy, but at least they let you know that up front.
OneSim's agents are subhuman. I'd like to believe they are simply imbeciles rather than evil, but that's a stretch.
They're reply with some soft bs garbage, but don't be mistaken. The tech works... payments and customer service are, however, some of the worst on this planet or any other.

You'll realize you made a horrible mistake once you load the nonrefundable account with money and begin to sort through the various plans which, at the time I did this admittedly a couple years ago, was a nightmare. I would suggest buying SIM cards when you land - it's easy, cheaper and you know you'll get it right. I suggested to OneSim that they let customers submit a travel schedule (my son went through like 10 countries) and then they could develop a plan for appropriate SIM cards. But, as you'll find out if you purchase this godawful service, you can spend hours getting through, talking to customer service, trying to parse plans and really still have a big question mark. In the end, OneSIM kept my $290 remaining dollars in my account and I had no choice but to part ways - then I found out using them wasn't even necessary.

It's not holding up to what the website says. I e tried to send a sms text from bank and it came back as unverifiable.
