Extremely good experience
I was very happy with the service, which was prompt and professional.
I don't want to sound "pompous" (if that's the right word), but a lot of average users of overseas/worldwide Sims do not have the experience to work through who is best & the best way to save money on calls, texts, data for internet use & gps navigation.
We live in Australia and our telecommunications companies are super expensive when using an Australian Sim overseas.
Because of this, l have over a number of years, tried many different Sims & the greatest saving comes from buying a local Sim (when you arrive in the overseas country) BUT if that country does not speak or write in English it can get VERY frustrating.
I have been using OnesimCard for about 5 years and it is fantastic. The convenience of using their Call Direct & VoIP apps is really easy and saves a small fortune.
Their customer account website pages are the most "user friendly" I have ever used, and use the Internet a LOT.
I know we all hate spending money or wasting money, but the best way to use OneSim's services is to: Buy a "Universal" Sim / recharge your 1Sim Fund with US$50 to US$100 / Add an ANNUAL PEN with a US phone number (cheapest to buy & better/cheapest data packs).
If you do the above, you will get the greatest savings on an annual basis, then all you do is buy a 14 day or 30 day data pack JUST prior to going on EACH trip.
Then, make sure you follow the "setting up" settings and use the VoIP App all the time. These settings will work in any country in the world so you do not have to mess around when travelling anywhere.
Happy travels.
I chat today with a representative named Jonathan, it was very bad customer service. I simply had a question and was simply trying to understand how their service work. My wife and I had not purchase a card to use, apparently, I used over $100 in service in less than a day my wife didn’t but got a message stating that she need to purchase more service, anyway. I was simply asking questions to understand what had happened this guy straight forward made me felt like I was stupid, was rushing me to stop chatting and Putin writing that had spent 35 minutes with me, even tho I had to wait 20 just to start chatting. The guy who first initial helped meto set up my card on my phone spent almost 50 minutes trying to resolved issue was polite and patient. I’m not satisfied with service I took
Screen shots on the conversation hopefully someone can help this guy understand what customer service it’s about.
The best ever world travel simcard because if you loose or the phone got stolen, you will get your same phone number again unlike any other travel sim cards. And also the rates are very cheap/low in many countries of coverage .
I would like to say onesimcard service is 100% plus.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service!

I. always use my onesimcard.it work great every place I go. I trully recomend getting one. the customer service is really helpfull. thank.you. big 10 for you guys.
I travel a lot across multiple continents, and previously had to maintain a collection of local SIM cards in order to manage my cellphone costs.
With OneSimCard I have no problem keeping in touch with family and business associates while I'm on the road. I have since transitioned all my Viber and WhatsApp accounts permanently to my OneSimCard number.
Worst company ever! Phone never worked and when I asked for a refund, they would not refund in full because they said that I made calls. I was stuck in South Africa without a way to communicate with ANYONE. I would make a phone call (dialed correctly) it would ring once and then a screen would pop up and say that I would get a call back shortly and then tell me my balance. I never got a call back and was never able to successfully make a call. Then, they just charged me another $5 to extend a phone number for another month. Obviously I am not using the simcard because it DOESN'T WORK. I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one.

OneSimCard has been very easy to use from the start. Good phone selection, best prices I've found, benefits and discounts too. Better than Mobal.

I purchased the OneSim Card for my travels while in Europe on a river cruise and for travel in the USA. I had no problems connecting with my phone in any of the countries visited. I was particularly impressed with how well the OneSim VOIP App function worked. This method of calling resulted in significant savings for me over any other method I could have chosen, I basically travelled throughout Europe calling and using internet services for pennies a day.

Recently my wife and I left our jobs and lives for a much needed sabbatical / adventure. We’ve been WWOOF’ing and traveling all around the Mediterranean. But none of this would have been possible without reliable, flexible and affordable cellular service. Thankfully we researched and discovered OneSimCard and their super versatile Universal SIM Card option. We’ve been using this card and their data package all throughout our travels and have been very satisfied with the service. They are quick to respond to tech inquiries and even have a concierge service for travel-related questions. It would have been a pain to get a new SIM card in each country, and with OneSim you never need to do this.
I would definitely recommend this card for anyone looking for a universal, adaptable card.

I had a reasonably good experience with this sim card as a solution for traveling but make sure you know what you are doing before you go abroad. I was only able to be successful because my partner knew how to exchange sim cards and get things going. We had some hiccups but the onesimcard support system was excellent.
I have two OneSimCard SIMs. I've used them in UK, Germany, and France. It's by far the easiest and most dependable service I've found. Best of all is their excellent customer service. I've had several occasions to use their support chat line. Problems solved and questions answered in all cases.

I had a very good experience using OneSimCard Universal on a one week trip to Costa Rica. I am glad that I will be bale to keep the sim card for trips to come. An advantage of using this service, rather than buying a sim card abroad, is that you can test it out before leaving home. I would suggest doing this two weeks before leaving home. I say this because I did have a problem with the original US number associated with the sim - it worked for calls but not for texts. This was unacceptable for my situation. I worked with the company and they eventually issued a new number that worked properly. Although the initial problem should not have happened, I was impressed with the support system that solved the problem. I am sure they would have been able to do this if I was abroad, but it would have been more anxiety producing. The support team also works hard to keep up with the different phone models and frequent changes in operating systems. I think that good support is the key advantage of this product.

I have decided to use the OneSimCard for my recent trip (OCT 2018).
First I tested in USA, then Japan, Thailand, China and Singapore. (countries of zone B - $99 for 2GB of global data). I have to say that the performance has exceeded my expectation and the ability to call/connect to the Internet right after landing is priceless especially for trips including multiple countries. I was getting mostly 4G speed for the Internet, used ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML). One advice - need to be careful when enabling the WiFi hotspot for other devices, they may treat this as any other WiFi and update apps and do other data consuming tasks. The OneSimCard created a bonus for me in China - LINE - messaging app which I always use worked when using Internet from OneSim card, did not work from WiFi in hotels, as everybody will tell you that this app is blocked. It was not blocked for me for whatever reason. I was able to communicate inside China and and with outside of China using LINE. Very happy overall 10/10.
