One Stop Promotions Reviews 

This was the second time of using One Stop Promotions for banners and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them. The customer service is second to none and the produce incredible value for a great price.

Great service Jo was very helpful and resolved the problem we had efficiently and quickly.

This is the first time we've used one stop promotions and they were brilliant! They're prices are great and there was a lot of advice provided, so if you're new to event organising they're more than happy to give you the necessary details prior to ordering. Even within a tight timeframe, they made it work and went above and beyond in terms of customer service!

Fairly frustrating to work with Onestop due to the slight incompetence of the customer service rep. Lots of unnecessary emails and lacking in social graces. Didn't use my name once. Lacked people skills in email correspondence. Process took a long time.
End product was great but niceties go a long way when dealing with customers.

I had difficulty sending my image over in the online process. I sent it separately in advance so you could confirm it was presented correctly for you as a pdf. You confirmed it was fine.
Then later you emailed to ask for a jpeg - at this point I decided to phone and just talk to someone. It was then that I was told the pdf was fine [I knew it would be having been in print for 40 years!] The moral is - talking is better than online grief.
Finished product was correct but the girl's on reception needed to be a bit more customer friendly. Mike Barton

We ordered Key ring torches as promotional thank you gifts for exhibitors at the Monmouthshire Show, they arrived quickly and were great quality with an excellent LED light. They were well received by the exhibitors and we would have no hesitation ordering them again.

Ordered a roller banner and it was well printed and delivered quickly. This is my second from them, the first purchased a year ago and still works and looks great!

I don't have any experience in creating a banner - once I ordered my banner the Onestoppromotions team emailed me back instantly explaining what I to do and how to correct it.

Before printing they contacted me by phone twice to discuss the artwork. It was so nice to be spoken to instead of emailed!

Very helpful. They double checked with me if I wanted to proceed as the graphic supplied had a slight problem which gave me a chance to rectify it before going forward with printing the banner. Product arrived promptly and i am very pleased with it.
