OneYoga is an authentic Yoga school focusing on a mix of modern asana practice and traditional values / philosophy of meditation. All the teachers are of excellent high quality. It feels genuine and a very safe place. Mostly focusing on Hatha Yoga with some Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin & Restorative. I would highly recommend OneYoga. They also do meditation retreats and the accommodation is decent nestled on it's own private beach.

I participated in one Yoga retreat this summer for one week and I have only great things to say! Super well organised, great consideration of the flow and balance of free time. For me it was my first time doing Yoga and I really liked some of the teachers and really changed my mind about the way I saw Yoga. It’s also a beautiful spot, with beautiful bungalows and a little private beach. Bonus points to the food which was delicious every day! Big thanks One Yoga for taking care of me!

Great place, comfy and very clean accomodation, so many amazing different classes, the teachers are really inspiring, and the food is truly delicious!!! Overall just a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

I did quite a lot of research into yoga teacher training in Thailand and specifically Koh Phangan before choosing to study with One Yoga. I was so pleased with my decision.
I chose One Yoga not only because of its good reviews but because it is on the beach and I could book a private room which isn't available in other places.
The location is stunning, the teaching was outstanding, the yoga shalas all have beautiful views and the food was delicious. All the staff were great. My room was nice (with much-needed aircon) and I loved my veranda and hammock with the seaview.
Sri Thanu is a few minutes' walk away where you can go for the shops, restaurants and massages.
The month-long course was intense and wonderful and I met a lovely group of humble, positive, supportive yogis.
I highly recommend One Yoga for yoga teacher training. It surpassed my expectations and it was hard to have to leave!

I did a one-week yoga retreat at One Yoga, and it was an incredible experience. The teachers are all friendly, positive, and great at what they do. The food was delicious and super healthy. All of the students bonded, which made the experience even more positive. The program is well-designed and had a tremendously positive influence on me. The week reconnected me with love for myself and my body, and left me inspired to bring a daily practice with me. I could not recommend One Yoga more highly. Come here and you will thank yourself later for making a great decision.

Very impressive yoga school with absolutely top notch teaching in perhaps one of the best constructed facilities located on arguably the most beautiful part of the planet. Excellent communication from administrators and superb quality food helped remarkably. The highlight was also the calibre of candidates in the class, entirely authentic genuine people from across every time zone of the world who respected and supported one another throughout — no dramas, just goodwill. Most highly recommended!

Very complete 1 week retreat with yoga asanas classes as well as yoga nidra, meditation, sound healing, meditation. Excellent teachers. The place brings love and kindness in everybody.

One yoga is an amazing place! I started my journey at one yoga in the end of January and spend 3 weeks in total at the sadhana retreat! An amazing retreat build up on a schedule that makes sure you learn a lot about yoga and your self.
The team at one yoga is a very strong and beautiful team! They are all very different but all of them have cracked the key on how to bring their personal touch in to their proffesions. For me one yoga has been like a beautiful bubble full of love and joy!

I hope one day to come back to the magical place that one yoga is.

Very disappointing. It is sold as a package with accommodation. They are not equipped to offer this. They made a mistake with my accommodation and were unable to correct it. They were at best incompetent and at times rude. I was not the only one. The retreat is an add on to TTC and is not fully formed. It lacked breadth and depth The classes include drop ins which made it feel like just going to a class at the local gym.
Do not be misled by the on line classes and programme.This is far more comprehensive but the retreat was not this. My advice, book your own accommodation and join the drop in classes if you must but there are many alternatives in the area.
Not an enjoyable experience It had the feel of ‘business first, yoga second’….which is borne out by their statement that you must pay in full when booking and no refunds will be given. Choose wisely

One Yoga is The One. My perfect match. Beautiful from the outside (location next to the ocean and stunning tropical vegetation. A clean modern building flooded with light. Tastefully furnished and illuminated.

The heart and soul is the staff. Teachers, administrators, kitchen staff are very dedicated and give their best to make the people around them feel supported and confident. They are very knowledgeable and take enough time to find solutions if problems come up. Every individual is respected and encouraged to find the path that feels right for her or him. Worked for me (Jan 1 to 21, 2023)! Thank you!!!

It was a very healing and wholesome experience. The classes were amazing and varied every day. The food was great and also the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend to give more guidance with meditation. The rest was perfect.

This is the first time I join YTT, quite nervous as my English is not good. However I really feel warm throughout the course. The teachers and workers are friendly and whenever I face problems they would not hesitate to assist me. Especially founder Danny and Meow ♥️ The environment there is beautiful, nice beach and sea. Feel relax to see the nice view after practicing yoga everyday. The cleaner will clean our room weeekly. In term of food, there's varieties of delicacies! ( however as an Asian I miss hot food 🤭). Overall, I have learned a lot about yoga during YTT. Would be one of the best memories in my life ❣️

My 200HR teacher training in One Yoga Thailand was an amazing experience. The teachers are very serious on giving the students the real meaning of Yoga. They helped me deepen into my practice and myself with all the Yoga Philosophy classes, Meditation, Art of teaching, Anatomy. Staff is lovely and friendly. Teachers supportive, professionals and real Yogis. Delicious meals during the day(breakfast and lunch).
Highly recommended. I’m grateful for being at One Yoga.

I took the postgraduate Diploma Course at One Yoga and it was the best Yoga Course I ever experienced so far.
The Facilites are outstanding in quality and cleanliness, the staff is beyond friendly and accommodating and the teacher selection is of best quality!

I learned so many things while rejuvenating myself through the amazing kitchen. It was a fulfilling and inspiring experience, I would repeat always again!

After overcoming a challenging and looong chapter of my life, I was at crossroads. I needed to ground myself, find myself again, and was feeling somewhat lost, happy, confused, sad, maybe a roller coaster of different feelings..

So I decided to take a leap of faith and go on a retreat. I messaged One Yoga and they were very responsive. It was my first time traveling solo so I have so many questions to ask since I will be coming from Bangkok. They reply really quickly, helped me organize my trip and I didn't feel alone the moment I arrived since Sergio was kind enough to assist me through my journey (Hi Sergio!).

When I arrived, the place was BEAUTIFUL. My room was cozy and felt really at home, and my view was amazing. The whole week was so beautiful, with yoga and meditation in the morning with Kat, delicious breakfast buffet, followed by yoga philosophy class, lunch, then my fave Yoga Nidra, then 2hr break, followed by a yoga session with Sunny which really strengthened me and improved my flexibility, and lastly the 45min silent meditation with Danny.

We also had 2 Tibetan bowl sound healing that was really amazing too! Felt all my chakras were cleansed, unblocked, and energized. The place is safe, clean, and very pure.

Soooo happy I took this retreat with One Yoga! If you feel like you want to connect deeply with yourself to help you find your path, or just need a break from stress, the world, your husband, or whoever, the 8-day retreat would definitely help you in your life journey.

Teaching was strong and syllabus comprehensive, location amazing (my apartment literally on the beach and comfortable/good value. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance in affordable price brackets. It’s super intense (6.30-6, 6 days per week but needs to be to get you ready to teach…and learning with other likeminded and international people made it really enjoyable- didn’t even miss not drinking (alcohol or coffee) or being veggie. Be sure to get an extended/educational visa so you can actually see the island/s!

Endlessly grateful to Danny for establishing One Yoga and engaging experienced yogi teachers. Grateful to all of my teachers, who share their individual experience, knowledge, pool of education in yoga and more from the bottom of their hearts. Curriculum provided systematic education in anatomy & physiology, yoga philosophy + Buddhism, art of teaching as well as attention to detail techniques in asanas, pranayamas & method of teaching. Weekly practicum challenges in Art of Teaching added high value to students’ creative thinking + self confidence resulting to growing up to teaching yoga to colleagues, thus to who are in need of genuine yoga practice (not just asanas). The curriculum + teachers’ art of sharing invest in different levels of students, including a beginner in yoga & advanced ones, who are practicing more than a decade with pool of important contents for them to digest gently. I was a beginner and appreciate + grateful for the amount and value of knowledge I managed to absorb (as a sponge) into my empty cup. Grateful to Ji ji and her team for delicious and nutritious meals at all times & keeping not only my home clean and comfortable but the entire facility including both shallas. I would highly recommend One Yoga to everyone. I thank and wish all the best to One Yoga teachers, administrative team, cook and supporting staff🙏🙏🙏 Namaste🙏🙏🙏

This was such an absolutely incredible experience. I truly couldn't have asked for more. We had the best teachers who were full of passion and knowledge and each was truly amazing in their own way. I would highly recommend the 200 hour YTT!
