This experience for me has been wondeful. Even if the World is in a hard moment, this was a space to stay in peace. I have just finished the 30 day yoga challenge and enjoyed it. The teachers were detailed with their instruction and there is a very supportive community online. Currently joined their 30 day Self Image Challenge too and am on day 20 of that. I am finding tremendous value in the insights and knowledge that program brings.
If you're looking for a place to improve your life by building new habits, changing old thought patterns and behaviours, expanding yourself in body, mind and spirit, finding a supportive community of people doing the same, then this is a great place to be.

By far the best yoga tutorial. This 30 day challenge has made feel strong, passionate and has taught me self care. Although I'm just a beginner but I was still able to practice and never missed a class. Thank you Martin for all the mindful videos and thank you all the trainers you were amazing. I will take this challenge again and will try to make myself better with yoga!

I was having a huge hard time when I learned about the project. I saw it in an Instagram ad and almost let it pass sure it was more useless advertising, but I am so glad I didn't. Not only am I amazed at the incredible kindness of the organizers of putting the challenge together, but also at how much awareness I gained and how it sticked in my brain throughout each session. I had been practicing yoga for years and never had learned the things I learned here. This quarantine has brought too many hard times for me for different reasons but I can genuinely say discovering the challenge and the amazing people behind it helped me keep my spirits and faith in humanity. My name is Judelle and I saw this Yoga challenge through Instagram. I decided to give it a go and learn the basic practices and poses which I can incorporate in my everyday routine. Since going through this journey, I have recommended to 3+ friends to do this and enjoy it with me because I saw the benefits of meditation (even just for 30 mins) and the clarity I got from doing a yoga practice during my lunchtimes or before I started my working day. I saw my body and strength changed too as I regularly paid attention to my core. The practices really helped me focus and strengthen it. The challenge was my biggest achievement during this lockdown! :)

I stumbled upon Expedition To Freedom's invitation to the 30-Day Yoga Challenge while scrolling through Instagram towards the end of the NY shutdown due to COVID 19. By this time, I was quite stressed. I am a nurse, and a worrier, and this Pandemic gave me much to worry about. I entered the Yoga Challenge looking for a distraction from feeling stuck, and anxious after the isolation. As I write this on the 29th day of the challenge, I feel so proud to have seen it through and motivated to continue to practice. I feel lighter and less harried; more peaceful. All of the teachers guide you through daily practice with calm, clear instructions and give modifications for beginners like me. Martin provides a daily lesson- a story or thought of the day that relates to the spiritual and enriches the practice; making this experience about more than just exercise. I feel deeply grateful to Martin and our instructors- Astrid, Akari, Karen and Katharina for sharing yoga with the world during this very difficult time- this program makes such a positive difference.

Hi! I'm Dyan Joy Castolo, a mother of three, from Philippines. I just started my self-care journey last May of this year where I did journaling and a little of online yoga classes. Then I came across your post of 30 Day Yoga Challenge last month and I signed up for it. I had my limiting beliefs: "Can I really workout this challenge? Can I really give time to do this everyday? This is 30 days, can you make it?" And so on... Nevertheless, I made a commitment. Some days are easy, some days are a little bit tough but I never quit. I love how Akari, Karen, Katherina and Astrid taught me every poses, which made this challenge easier. And bonus, Martin gives mindset videos which are all inspiring and empowering. Doing this yoga challenge is for myself, for my body and soul. I learned to be present, be mindful and loving towards my body. This is the best gift for my self-care journey. I have created my space to be more calm and just be happy and be present at the moment. I became more forgiving and compassionate and even fearless! (I tried headstand and handstand without hesitation!) The challenge is done, but I will continue to do my yoga practice everyday. I would happily share this challenge to my friends and the people around the globe 'cos this is your stepping stone in becoming one with your soul and have a deeper connection with yourself. Miracles happen even before you finished the challenge. It works for me, it surely will work for you too. Namaste.

Hello, and thank you for this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Sofia. I am a passionate learner and enjoy nature, the arts, music and reading. A few months ago, I came upon the 30 Day Yoga Challenge; it couldn't have come at a more perfect time. I found myself living again with in my parents home after ending a relationship, in the midst of a global pandemic. I was faced with the fact that I was not happy, once again in my life. I needed to get out of my head and focus on something else. What I thought would only provide me daily physical strength and shavasana (my now favorite), it turned into a personal time for learning. I learned about myself, who I am, who I want to be, and learned yoga poses, asanas, and breath work. At the end of each practice I would feel fulfilled with my practice as it not only stressed my body, but my being - mental, physical and emotional. My growth in self-care, self-love and bodily strength has empowered me to be more confident, decisive and relaxed. I am continuing to practice listening to my body both on and off the mat. It has helped me manage my day to day life better and I am grateful for this challenge. If you are feeling overwhelmed by thoughts of worry, overactive impulses, sensitivity to others, or whatever you manage, or don't manage, yet... you should try yoga.
