I feel gratitude to all people who made this journey possible. During the covid-19 quarantine days, the new way of living and working and the adaption process to all of these were just like living in a nightmare. Everyday I was fighting against the fear and the anxiety growing up inside me. This 30 day yoga journey showed me a way to stay calm and in peace. Not only physically I felt this glowing energy, but also mentally. I cultıvated a peaceful and happy state of mind by practising yoga everyday. Thank you all. Namaste.

Who are you? I'm Fernanda Solis a girl from México who is 19 years old. A person who is knowing herself step by step through different experiences, that wants to make a difference. A dedicated and responsible person in whatever I desire.
Why did you join this challenge? Since I was 10 I've always wanted to be more flexible but I only made excuses to practice. Then I got in the university and took yoga classes. But because quarantine they finished so I started to look for another alternative and I found this challenge.
What did you achieve? How did you transform? I developed flexibility, patience and discipline not only in yoga but in other aspects that I notice daily in my life.
Why should other people join this challenge?
Because people must challenge themselves; physically and mentally.

I am a 55-year old single mother with 10 years of yoga experience, including a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Although I don't teach yoga I am an ardent student of the practice.
This 30-day challenge was a chance during the covid-19 situation, when it's been more difficult to maintain a routine, to rise to commit to daily yoga practice.
I loved the combination of health coaching and asana, meditation and pranayama instruction. As an American yogini, I was especially thrilled by the unique nuances in cues of the 4 instructors from around the world.
I took 40 days to complete the challenge, interspersing my own in-person and virtual yoga classes with the challenge videos, missing only one day of yoga in that 40 days! Mission accomplished!
I've already recommended this challenge to friends as a well-designed beginner/intermediate daily yoga experience with talented and safe instruction covering more than just the asana (physical) practice.
Thank you to Martin, Akari, Karen, Katarina and Astrid for a lovely, balancing challenge!

I loved that experiencie because i learn to be more patient and work on the edge. I really needed an activity to start over. I was very anxious and out of control. This challenge this challenge made me want yoga in my life forever and showed me that it is possible to improve a depression condition. Thank you.

Hello my name is Jonah Marie and I am from Houston, TX. During the stay at home order I found myself taking interest in yoga and started doing beginner videos on youtube. I ran into an ad for this 30 day Yoga Challenge while I was scrolling through Instagram and I thought to myself, why not? Starting this journey would mean commitment to my body and myself, maybe I can even learn a bit more. It took some time to actually start the challenge, but once I got the hang of it, I became more excited to show up to class so I could learn something new with yoga and something new about myself. During my journey, I have learned to cope with my stress in a healthier manner especially while having to be confined, my posture has improved, as well as my flexibility. My mind became more clear, my relationship became more healthy and my body began to slowly heal. I highly recommend this journey to anyone who is committed to bettering themselves. This journey taught me endless things about myself and gave me the confidence to be the real me and to enjoy myself. I am truly grateful for all the teachers and everyone that has taken their time to bring this challenge available for those who take interest in the practice. Namaste.

I have been very proud of my flexibility all these years and one day I found this 30 days yoga challenge online and wanted to give it a try , moreover I wanted to challenge myself about my disciplined practice, for all the 30 days. Only during the practice I realised ,it's not only about flexibility but also is a lot more about mind, body, soul and energy. The trainers were also very gentle and helped in near perfect guidance.I enjoyed the entire practice.

It was hardly believable for me today while practicing day 29 to feel my body melting on the yoga mat. I still remember how I struggled the first 5 days. I almost convinced myself that I should take a day off each two days. The poses are tough and I felt it took hours. Now that I practice I actually am familiar with the poses, the voice of the teachers and the whole practice. I take it slowly and smoothly. This is the end of this blissful challenge, but it is definitely not the end of my journey to find my true self, to get to know my inner me, to find peace, truth and love. There is still a lot ahead to explore. I am choosing to learn new things every single day, Namaste..

It allowed me slow down and remember to breathe in every transition. I had been practicing yoga for over a month but I felt as if I was going too fast. This challenge helped me stay in the present moment longer and to be in tune with my body.

Turning 50 was a big milestone for me. Getting back into yoga feels so good after not been doing for a year and a half. I realize that my body misses it. Doing the poses— that was no problem for me before, I find more difficult now. Maybe it’s because I haven’t done it in a while or maybe I’m getting old. But either way, I don’t want to stop now...even after the 30 day journey. I want to keep going with this journey for as long I am able to. I definitely need this in my life. It helps me calm down and focus on the good things. Learning to let go and just take life as it goes. Thank you for this opportunity and looking for the rest of the days.

This experience has been one of the best in my life. We are used to pay for good quality of experiences and services, and even when we pay, we often fall in the circumstance of not getting what we paid for, or what we expected. Well, this challenge is free, it's really really well done and well structured, it creates empathy with Martin and his capability to motivate and keep the focus, and I am so sad I finished with all of this. For 30 days, my yoga challenge has been the moment I was expecting the most in my daily routine. Highly recommended. Thank you all. Namaste

I'm Arpanjeet Kaur, a student who's life is full of constant stress and a lot of hard work.
I started this challenge the 8th of june and today the 8th of july I ended up this little journey. This is not an end but a start of a beautiful journey for me: my journey of yoga.
I started this challenge to find peace and relaxation, I wanted to start my day in a positive way and I wanted this positivity to last all my day. Well somedays it did last but others not, but there was one thing I definetely did end up finding and that is the will and the confidence of starting a good new day.
This challenge helped me connect to my body and my mind and it made me realise how satisfing it is to do just 30/40 minutes of yoga daily.
Apart from the spiritual and intern change, this challenge helped me love my body.
I am now way more flexible I was a month ago and stronger than I ever was in my life.
I higly reccomend this challenge to everybody because I believe anyone can and deserves to achive this internal and esternal acceptance.

I'm Ola Youssef and I took 30 days yoga challenge with expedition to freedom to continue my habit of practicing yoga on daily basis and this is my third month of practicing yoga
It was very inspiring in many ways, whether from the yoga classes which is guided by professional yoga instructors or Martin's daily story or the warm loving community space of the facebook group where we share and encourage each other.
I really recommend it and hope you enjoyed as much as I did :)
