The place is a little bit far from the beach but the hotel has regular shuttle buses to the beach. The place is in a green valley because of the golf pitch, exceptional on that island. The staff is helpful and kind, we can't recall any issues only the location of our room: it was jut above the bar so we bought earplugs after we couldn't sleep until 2am on the first night. If you are with children you probably would like to get a room in one of the other buildings than the main one. Clean and spacious rooms, pancake and fried eggs for breakfast, usually 2 meat options for the dinner. Good value for the money.

Booking is handled quickly, and everything was at the hotel as agreed.

The reason it was chosen was it was the cheapest on Trivago/Travelsupermarket/Skyscanner. Actually, in this instance much cheaper.
Which I would think. is the only reason to choose them. If they offer a good price use them by all means. No problems and an efficient well-designed website making it easy to book
The only reason it is not 5 star is that I think you need to use comparison sites to choose the company as price is most important.

I would recommend this hotel room provider with anyone. they obtained a superior room for me and my elderly mother for march the first,2016 in Auckland, NZ, that was not available from the Hotels on line reservation system.. i will always try onhotels FIRST any time in the future.it saved a mountain of pain as my mother needs special services.

Went to the hotel after my on hotel.com reservation, BUT there was NO reservation on my name. And when I contacted the on hotel.com , they never get back to me, nor they solved the issue but instead they fully charged my credit card for full week hotel room reservation. Too bad. Now I've contacted my bank to dispute the payment.

each time I have used on hotels it has been uncomplicated & easy to navigate from start to finish I would recommend them anytime.
