Material came a week after it was meant to and by then it was useless asked to return it but got no reply

I recently purchased some faux leather to fit on my dining chair that had clothe trim. I am really happy with the quality and the a price of the product.
Their packaging was good and got the delivery on time. Just wish I’m they did free delivery- but nevertheless, it was a positive experience overall.

The ordering process and quick efficient delivery were short of amazing however on stretch fabrics expect them to be measured incorrectly. On 15 meters lengths, and I ordered 2 different colours, I received half a meter short of fabric - same on both. When contacted customer service about their error I got completely ignored. I'd stay away or at least approach with caution. Won't purchase there again.

A dress maker and relative of mine used this site for my bridesmaid dresses... this was our experience:

Paid for sample and was happy, so wished to place a £200+ order.

This company then messed us around and would not ship, after lots of back and forth calls, turns out they had run out of the material and could not get anymore in.

After months of hassle, they told us they had a similar fabric in, so would send this instead. We asked how similar it was and they said its the same colour/composition, but different material - so potentially different quality.

We asked if we could have a sample sent to double check the quality and they said we would have to pay for the sample and then also pay to post it back to them (because it was the only sample).

We agreed to pay for the sample and post back to them, but asked if postage costs could be refunded as long as we still went ahead with the original order. That would seem fair, right?

They refused to do this.

We have since cancelled the full order.

They were not apologetic or helpful in any way.

I purchased some fabric from their website, only to find out that:
1) The colour was nothing like the colour on their website. The picture clearly looked like Cadbury’s purple, the fabric they sent was an awful shade of purple which had much more red in it.
2) The fabric was sheer which was not mentioned in the description.
The fabric was also cheap looking. I emailed the company twice ( over 2 weeks ago) to request an exchange or refund but got no reply.

High quality material at a good price, quick shipping, and 5* customer service when I phoned them up :)

Ordered some fleece and Jersey on Tuesday 1600, received Thursday 1330. Within the 1-2 working days.
Fabrics were clean and in good condition.
First order with this company and will use them again.
