Really poor customer service. My wife rung about a Renault they had advertised. She had a list of questions she got from the AA to ask when buying a used car. The sales advisor on the other side of call was so rude and impolite that he indirectly threatened my wife as she was asking some very basic questions about the vehicle. It beggars belief that someone stoop to such low levels and treat a prospective client like this. Imagine if we had purchased the car and something went wrong. Staff need training and mannerism skills. I would stay well clear of this garage at all cost.

As per previous reviews great until something goes wrong. Will not honour the warranty and shut down all communication and I am now left £4k out of pocket on a car that was delivered with faults. Can anyone find the company registration as I am struggling to find it to take this further, if so please post on here. Thanks

I was blown away by the level of service from OVS. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the right car. The entire buying process was easy, with clear communication and zero pressure.

Avoid at all costs - great service, until something goes wrong with the car, at which point you are ignored

Initially, communication was good and trader came across as being very genuine. I bought a vehicle with a claimed 3 month warranty which was delivered very promptly. A few days after delivery, the engine management light came on - I realise this can happen with used vehicles am not insinuating that the trader sold the vehicle with any known issues. I was asked to get a quote to fix the issue, which I did and the trader confirmed in writing that they would reimburse me for this. Following repair and submission of invoice, I am now being ignored and my phone number has been blocked from calling them. When purchasing, they stated the warranty was with ‘Warrantywise’ but having now spoken to this provider, the vehicle has never been covered by them.
The address they show on their website is not a valid address and I’ve since read several reviews claiming that a similar thing has happened to other customers.

**Warning to Potential Buyers Regarding OVS**

I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 3.0 TDI Black Edition from OVS, and my experience has been nothing short of disastrous.

The vehicle was not as described in the advertisement. Despite numerous attempts to contact OVS by phone, text, WhatsApp, and email, they failed to respond. It was only after I lodged a formal complaint with AutoTrader that OVS asked me to provide a list of the issues with the car. However, since submitting this information, they have not responded further.

I have now escalated the matter to Trading Standards. I am sending recorded letters to their purported business address, with copies forwarded to their general email. Should OVS fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to formally reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and seek full compensation for the breach of contract and any associated losses.

I will update this review as the situation progresses, but based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company, which appears to operate under false pretences.

The service I received from OVS was brilliant. Jay helped me choose the right car, and Dean ensured everything was in order for the financing. The car was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and will definitely be using OVS again for future car purchases.

Recently purchased my Mercedes from OVS!

Dean was exceptional with his work ethics, helped me through the process and went through the application step by step.

Very welcoming staff and created a calming environment. I did not feel pressured or at all pushed to purchase the car, in fact I felt relaxed as I understood the process properly thanks to Dean! .

The car was delivered to me within two working days even though I do live at distance! This was amazing as I thought I would still be off the road for atleast a week or so! But thankfully not!
