My husband just surprised me with a bmw absolutely amazing deliverd the same day immaculate condition

Absolute joke, DO NOT buy from these scammers. The website looks good. You get there, it's an absolute scrap yard! They don't care about the car and what they are selling you. I bought an Audi Q5 TDI S-Line. The following day both front doors stopped opening, oil level was minimum, coolant minimum, all front and rear brakes need replacing as had corroded at a cost of nearly £1,400! Now wondering if the MOT is genuine! Text and WhatsApp them with no response so far. Spare key also not working and, yes, I have replaced the battery. I will be taking this further.
The invoice for this has now exceeded £2k due to the extent of damage to the brakes!

absolute disgrace. do not buy any car from these lot. Purchased a vehicle and the road tax was part of the deal. 2 months after the buying the car I received a letter from the DVLA stating that the direct debit had been cancelled and the car was no longer taxed. got in touch and after almost 3 weeks they said they resolved the situation by sending me a screenshot that the tax had been paid, then only 1 month later another letter from the DVLA stating the same thing. made numerous attempts to contact and will not answer calls or emails. will now take legal action. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE COWBOYS

Rang this morning enquiring about a porsche cayenne. spoke to a lovely chap who took his time to answer all my questions with great knowledge. Left a deposit lunchtime and the car was delivered at my home address same day by his professional team at a time that worked around me. Car was as described. Great honest salesmen will be back for my daughters first car.

Bought a car blind and given 3 months warranty. ELM light came on a week later oil light on handbrake requires adjusting, 2 bald tyres. I have emailed, rang, WhatsApp messaged. They are reading the messages but not I am not getting any reply. Not good customer service. Will take action if no response in the next few days

Bought a 2012 640 bmw from these scammers. Bent m.o.t, bold tyres, massive oil leak..All the brakes need replacing. 2 bottom arms are loose..M.O.T station are All Being reported to DVLA,Even the BBC RIP OFF BRITAIN are on to the..CCJ IN PROGRESS, Bought it blind for my wife's 50th . They drove it so far on a trailer then crept it round the corner .. £8900 they haven't got away with it .they dident notice we have 4 HD CCTV Camers and have them and the blue electric car reg on there They even changed my poor review to a good one haha crazy . , police are involved and the address in Buckinghamshire..

Rude salesperson, called to enquire about a car and possible exchange, was quiet abrupt and rude, part ex are select models only, told me to "do my self a favour and scrap my car." Not an experience I expected when potentially parting with my money. Very disappointed. I appreciate no one has to take a px but there are better ways to go forward other then offering the lowest price to flip it. I am not giving my car away.
