as well as good value the products were exactly as described delivery was perfect i would not hesitate to recommend this firm

This was the first time I hav bought something as significant as a bathroom suite on line -- service was brilliant re keeping me up to date with order status and delivery was exactly on time. I was very happy with the bathroom suite (bath panel very flimsy so hav not used it) -other than that it looks smashing.

I bought a shower tray and enclosure which represented outstanding value for money and were of a decent quality........ Not top quality but much better than I was expecting for £200.
I also purchased a shower trap and flexible waste connector. The trap was fine but had an unusual connection to the waste (not a 40mm compression) which was ok as it did fit the waste I had also purchased. Unfortunately that was low quality and leaked and because it was non standard I had to spend ages sourcing/fudging a fix. Even the plumber was amazed! Of course by this point I had sealed in the trap and fixed it all in place with a shower enclosure on top and could barely get my hand under to undo it so replacing the trap was not an option.
........Short and long of it is the big stuff is ok..... But best not to use their traps, taps, pipe work, or any other little bits as they are of terrible quality and won't work as they should. Get the big stuff here and then pop down screwfix/toolstation for the rest.

W.C & Basin set cheapest on E-Bay, for that model, delivered quickly and I saved forty quid odd compared to second cheapest.

Researching the products on line was easy, placing the order was straight forward and the communications on delivery time scales was clear and prompt. On the day of delivery the driver telephoned ahead to advise me of the estimated drop off time.
The items I ordered appeared to be of good quality and were very reasonably priced The whole process was professional and prompt.

I placed a simple order for a vanity, tap and waste. Received confirmation of the purchase and confirmation of payment.
The order failed to show up on the due day due to issues with the warehouse, but no one bother to notify me.
When it did show up, the tap was missing.

Things seemed to be going well after I placed the order for a new bathroom suite and delivery was arranged very shortly after. This suite was a bargain with everything included; waste, taps, panels etc. Unfortunately the pedestal was damaged on arrival though we didn’t notice until after it had been signed for but I called their customer service number and a very helpful lady asked me to send a photo and they would arrange for a replacement to be sent the next working day, which it was. Fantastic service……. or so I thought.

We experienced several issues after this, including missing parts, a faulty toilet pan; faulty soft close seat….the list goes on. Several phone calls and letters of complaint failed to generate any kind of resolution from onlinebathoooms. They simply took my money and did not show an ounce of professionalism with their after sales service.

So my bargain bathroom was not such a bargain after all. It cost several hundred pounds to rectify the issues which, had I done my research first and gone to a larger, more reputable company, I would not have to write this review now.

Onlinebathrooms, you should be ashamed. Never have I had this misfortune of dealing with such an appalling, unprofessional company. Your after sales service is nothing short of diabolical.

Delivery arrived late with a cracked toilet and parts from the shower missing. Called to replacement parts I had guys onsite waiting to install the bathroom. Customer services was slow and very unhelpful. I am still waiting for a shower washer. Do not buy anything from this company, they are terrible

Online bathroom was a lot cheaper and delivered when needed ordered extra cupboard bit disappointed with delivery charge for single item same as the whole shower and sink units.

Went like clockwork...
