No problem at all with onlinelighting their products are normally very good at a very reasonable price.
My grief was with the somewhat arrogant attitude of their courier company. What they need to understand is that they aren't the only people at work during a normal working week and to have a more flexible attitude to deliveries.

No item and no response despite 3 emails asking for an update ….

Company uses yodel that do not have actual phone line to speak to somebody have to go through a webchat.And all the webchat gives you is the same information.You can get on the track in portal, My parcel is missing. Nobody can give me an update because the only appetite. They get is on the track in portal. Physically cannot speak to or complain to somebody in yodel about this. Now I have a mission delivery. And no means to find out where it is or even get compensation.

Fast delivery, and they even provided a free UK adaptor plug as the plugs for the lighting are EU, not UK.
