Arrived within 24 hours of ordering, very well packed items arrived in perfect condition

I bought the remote controlled, battery operated picture light. Absolutely delighted with it, quality is great and looks more expensive than it was. Unfortunately the remote control does not work. However I emailed customer services last night and today they have responded to say a new one has been sent.

Very happy with my purchase, delivered as scheduled and speedy resolution on the remote control issue.

What a fabulous lamp. Very reasonably priced. It arrived the next day. Easy to assemble and much admired.

I was pleased to find the Standard Lamp at Onlinelighting however a box arrived yesterday, 25th January, which only contained the lampshade, the light bulb and the flex and plug. I have written to Onlinelighting asking when I can expect the remainder of the lamp. I was very pleased with the delivery driver, who was very polite. My apologies on further examination of the parcel on Sunday I found the remainder of the lamp and a friend helped me assemble it. I am very pleased with it. Thank you.

Ordering was very easy and straight forward with good correspondence....just waiting now for goods to arrive

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered 2 wall spotlights from them. At that time they had an option for the suggested bulbs, But the bulb suitable for the fixture which were necessary for my electrician to install them. A few days later I spoke with an agent who advise me that the bulbs were back in stock and I placed an order over the phone. Once `I received them the electrician did the install. But the bulbs they sent sits way-out above the edge of the spotlights. I contacted them about this and sent photos, but all they were willing to do was to replace the spotlights. This meant that I would have to call out the electrician to remove them and then come back again to install whatever replacement I deiced upon. This would be extremely costly to carry out. I rang again and apprised them of the situation and asked if they would be willing to meet some of the the re-install cost as it was their fault. They told me they would be unwilling to to do anything about it other than to send me 2 new spotlight units. This is the reason I'm giving them 1 star. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. I recommend to go to another retailer as Online Lighting's customer service is really appalling.
