Good price, long delay in delivery
The equipment I ordered was well priced and cheaper than anyone else I could find on the internet,The equipment arrieved as described and well packaged, why 2 stars. 7 days after the money was taken from my account, there was still no sign of the items purchased, had to send an email to enquire what was the delay, got a reasonable explanation, however if it takes 9 to 10 days after ordering the item before you recieve it, it might be worth paying the extra and using a company that has a good track record for delivery. I will use Online power tools again, i will just make sure I do not need the equipment in a hurry.

After searching the net for the items required I found these guys to be £80.00 cheaper than all the other sites i veiwed, so fantastic value for money. Also received the items the next day. What more can I say, other than I would recommend anyone looking for these types of products to try online power tools before making their purchase, I know I will. Well done guys !!!!

Great price and service - delivery was a bit slower than expected. Promised next day (Friday) but only arrived on the Monday, this seems to have been a problem with DPD the couriers rather than Online Power Tools themselves?

I can get a whole house of UPVC windows including glass in 5 working days so appalling.

Bought a Milwakee jigsaw, Bare as I already had the 18v batteries with my drill. needed to add a 110v tranny on & they did this quickly on the phone as it was geeting late; all the kit still arrived the next day.
