Don’t deal with them they are totally dishonest.
I returned an item to them for refund, they told the Post Office not to deliver the return to them, so they have now not refunded my payment

I would put 0 stars, but unfortunately this is not possible. I paid for express delivery because I urgently needed the product, but they waited 11 days before sending it. As a result, I paid more when buying the product in the store and also paid twice for delivery because they refused to pay for return delivery. At the same time, during these 11 days I called them and wrote to them to cancel the order, but it turned out to be impossible. Shame. I don't recommend it.

Ordered some arris fence brackets and paid for them upfront. Delivery date was 3 to 5 days . Did not hear anything from them and i had to chase them up. I ended up paying a tradesman based on their delivery days. The items never arrived because they were out of stock. Not sure why they took my order and credit card details knowing they couldn't delivery the items. Money was refunded but it cost me more to pay the tradesman who i prebooked. Not the most reliable site I have dealt with

Wanted a chisel that cost £13.51p, went to checkout, delivery would be £29.95. Obviously I'm not that keen!!
Emailed them, asked if they were having a laugh, they replied that it depends on where you live. I live on the South side of Loch Ness, so still very much on the UK mainland. Royal Mail deliver a small parcel up to 2 kilos, measuring L 45cm,W 35cm,H 16cm, for £5.57p
Ist Class ! And I'll get it within two days max.
I think maybe they are ordering from Europe and don't keep stock, so of course it'll take ages and cost heaps? I don't like companies who are so disingenuous.

Price was good but it took 2 weeks to deliver it to me which is pretty shocking

I was very disappointed to find my item was not available it took a week for the company to notify me of this, and firmly believe this item hasnt been available for some time for the compny failed to keep there stocklist uptodate

There was a bit of a delay in my item arriving, but when I chased it up the company was very responsive, polite and efficient. I would certainly use them again.

I ordered rather an expensive piece of kit which had not arrived after five days nor had I been informed of its dispatch. I had to ring the company to find out what the situation was. I was promised a return call within the hour which didn't happen. However I then got a series of emails telling me that it was on its way and when to expect it. It then arrived pretty rapidly. So all's well that ends well.
