The purchasing experience was simply as was the price. However, the delivery experience was very poor. I had to wait nearly 10 days for the product to turn up. That's not really acceptable for such a small item as a making battery. I nearly wentout and brought from another supplier. I'm likely to use power tools again but not for urgent purchases.

Easy to order. No fuss. Quick delivery. I will definitely be using them again.

Found the company very helpful even though I had to tel. to remind them to send the items. I think that this my fault not theirs because I ordered another item and then changed my mind.

I ordered and the process was easier than any other site I have used. The goods were delivered the next day for a standard delivery charge, could not have been better service, even if i went into a store.

My first experience with online power tools ,I must say was a total shambles .I made. My purchase and was told would be here within 3 days ,9 days later still no power tools after e-mails to say that they had been dispatched and confirmation of orders and payment.
Phoned online power tools to say that my order still hadn't arrived .They phoned back to say it left there depot last Thursday morning the 30th and they didnt know where it is (DPD) are the couriers .
They said they will dispatch a new order .
The point being I needed the tools for a very important job and had to borrow tools to get the job done.I had been told that online power tools were the the best,obviously not . So dissapointing

This product was the cheapest online and with free delivery it was a no brainer .

I looked around on the Internet for a bare makita jigsaw and a 18v 4ah battery and Online power tools were the cheapest with free delivery and arrived in about 4 working days.

I've been looking for milwaukee impact and drill driver for some time, most are around £420 - 499.00 so when I saw this set for £270 free delivery I had to go for it.

Going the extra mile to deliver the goods on time is something I must appriciate. I had a phone call from the company saying that there could be a delay with my delivery and how would that affect me as a customer. Unfortunately I needed the items to be delivered before the weekend and couldn't accept any delays. They used their own van and send it to do 300 miles long trip on Friday afternoon to deliver my order. I'm feeling very greatful.

I bought the makita dhp456 impact driver it's an absolute animal! And a must for anyone due an upgrade

Made my purchase on line 7th August for which I received an acknowledgement. After 5 days of silence I received confirmation of despatch on 12th August. The 'not knowing' was a little frustrating. Therefore I can only give 3 stars for poor service through lack of communication.

I order my choice, Makita impact driver and was kept informed at all times when it would arrive .they gave me a 1 hour slot and it came with in that slot.
Cant ask for more. Oh the price was very competitive.
