Excellent contact but advertisement misleading
I have recently purchased a Bosch cordless multi tool and the advertisement had an illustration of a complete kit...this was not what was delivered and the images supplied are misleading.

Avoid this company
I spent £299.99 on a Milwaukee impact driver with 2 batteries and a charger. The charging system was defective. I returned the item asking for a refund, which is my legal right as a consumer. They have returned the item straight back to me without any communication. I then spoke to an oppositional member of staff who refused to give a refund. Am now receiving advice on how to proceed from a Consumer Protection adviser and Paypal. Will never use this company again and I strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think twice.

Website sounded good after reading good reviews. But sadly when I tried to contact them on numerous occasions there would be no answer. I also had to wait a week for my order after multiple phone calls. Would not shop here again, although they did come good in the end. Will stick with my usual ffx website. Guaranteed next day delivery, and no hassle, although they are a little more expensive, which I don't mind with the excellent service u get.
