Product is excellent. Was advised the item dispatched on 28 Feb, but not delivered until 6th March. Not online power tools fault but other couriers are much faster, usually next day.

The site is easy to use and the free standard delivery is free and my delivery came within 3working days. Wonderful. The cost of the workbench was very competitive and it was the only site after searching that offered the workbench at the price. I would certainly use the site again and recommend it to anyone.

My order I feel was not dealt with with any seriousness! I placed my order on Saturday afternoon and part of it was dispatched on tuesday p.m.T he rest was dispatched either late Wednesday or Thursday; I RECEIVEd THE FIRST PART on Friday and the second part on Saturday ! Both parts were integral too each other ! They could have picked my order and shipped it by 12 noon on the monday !

I was a little unsure of battery and charger I needed for my hedge trimmer, my question was answered very rapidly, and once I bought item it was excellent value and communication of dispatch of product

Really pleased with the display of good tools and the ease of purchase. didnt recieve exactly what i ordered but was given a satisfactory explanation. had problem with out of stock item, which was sent at a later date to the wrong address however this was quickly sorted out by a very helpful member of OPT.

Service was good but two points: 1) Was emailed to say items were on there way this was then rescinded; arrived home and fpound package had been delivered and was left behind potted plant? 2) Batteries were just bubble wrapped one had a contacs guard missing, they were not in proper packing.

I have no bad points to flag up about Online Power Tools. They have supplied me with a saw
that was the cheapest priced on market and the delivery date given was fab. I cant find any
faults with this company and they were true to their word.

Ordered a combi drill pack and spare battery at the weekend and goods turned up 3 days later. Excellent service. Would definitely do business again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Pump arrived nice and quick, well priced for the sizea;
also would buy again from On Line Power tools.
