Good service and polite, friendly staff
The Fein Multimaster Top they supplied was delivered promptly and in good condition. I found the website easy to navigate and the price proved to be very competitive. I will be returning to buy accessories.
I needed to telephone them to ask a question, I got through straight away to a very pleasant sounding woman who was professional and courteous.
All in all, I paid a good price and had a pleasant, stress free shopping experience.

Home delivery to within an hour!
Excellent service. Well packaged goods arrived safely. More to the point, the company use a courier who were not only happy to change my delivery day, they quoted a delivery time between 10.30 and 11.30am. That's service!

48HRS EXPRESS DELEVERY DID NOT HAPPEN (NOT EVEN CLOSE) 8 DAYS TO ARRIVE. AS A BUSY PLUMBER SUCH LATE DELEVERY CAUSED ME A LOT OF GRIEF WITH CLIENT. WOULD USE COMPANY AGAIN BUT NOT IF I NEED THE TOOL REASONABLY FAST.
