Never used this Company but the price was better then any others and was free delivery on IOW.
The parcel arrived intact and I was up date via email with the delivery proces.

Good, fast accurate.
The website was quite informative and easy to use. Delivery was faster than I expected. My only criticism is the fact that my parcel was taken to the delivery office because I was not at home for the delivery. It is possible to ask for delivery instructions (eg: leave in the porch) in the order form. All business that operates on line, can do this, but they rarely do.

all goods on 1st order arrived, but on opening 2nd lot of goods ,brass twin pack padlocks never arrived, everything else fine , hope you can either send on or re- imburse appropriate.
found site by chance and noticed prices were in good deals for what I was looking for and a lot of variety.

A stock item took 5 days to deliver :(
I ordered a Nilfisk pressure lance that was in stock on Saturday, come Wednesday I called Online Power Tools and was told it was being shipped that day for delivery next day. Thursday came and gone, then Friday the lance finally arrived, packaged well.
An online reatiler needs to be on the ball, its price and quick delivery IMHO. However on this occassion, I chose this company for the 1-3 day delivery time, not the price and didn't get either.
