Ordered PZ2 screw bits, received PH2 screw bits instead. Received correct bits after paying p&p.
Will not use again. If they can't get a simple thing like screw bits right, I would not trust them sending correct items in the future. Bit miffed at paying p&p charges to return incorrect items, as it was their mistake in the first place.

Spent a long time finding stockist ordered from online power tools only to told several weeks later they had no stock. What a waste of time.

still waiting for my tools even though e-mailed a depached notice
I had to call to find out that they had not been dispatched after waiting for 5 days.
I have been promised that they will be with me this week but its now 8 days since I was originally told that the were dispatched . when I called a very helpful man said he would chase the supplier daily an that I should have my order in a few days.

FAST SHIPPERS!!!!!
HAD A LOAD OF HOLES TO CUT AND THE BOARD WAS FIRE RATED TOUGH AS OLD BOOTS, LOOKED ON THE NET AND ONLINE POWER TOOLS HAD THE BEST DEAL FOR A MILWAUKEE 18 VOLT AND IT WAS HERE READY TO USE INSIDE A DAY AND A HALF, A LOT CLAIM FAST SHIPPING BUT ONLINE POWER TOOLS DELIVERED AS PROMISED AND MY ARMS ARE REALLY GRATEFUL.

Believes in good service.
The best way to judge a company is how it deals with issues when things do not go as expected. I recently ordered an item from them which was lost by the courier. Once Online Power Tools were alerted to this fact it was investigated and a new delivery despatched the same day. i was kept fully informed of what was happening and said part arrived the next day.
No quibbling just excellent sevice.
