found on-line power tools,placed the order and they sent me invoice and receipt promptly .on a Saturday phoned them on Monday to find out when it was being dispatched told me Wednesday morning then sent me confirmation of the delivery received no problems will use in future 100%

You want good - these guys are better than that!
Order acknowledged immediately. Goods dispatched next day and on the morning of delivery day I got a one hour time slot for the delivery - which was met, so no need to wait in all day.
Downside - why did it need a 4ft box for one angle grinder? But, hey that is nit picking.

Packing poor!
Good quick service, only one small complaint was in the packaging I ordered a nice Makita drill in a metal case with a set of Makita drill bits in another hard plastic case. They were put in one large cardboard box without any filling and the metal drill case got scratched by them banging around as there was not any packing in there. Other than that really pleased.
