The worst
Bad service, bad custommer support. If a concert is delayed multiple times they won't refund the ticket. Prices are also higher than other places - if you want to purchase a ticket, they are not the ppl you should buy from. If you do, expect e-mails with broken language

Venue was great (O2 Arena Prague). Entry to the venue was a bit crowded but this can be expected at 20k+ people. The show itself (Kiss band) was awesome: great music, great lightshow, fireworks ETC. I would totally do it again (and probably will)!

Hella Mega tour (Green Day, Fall Out boy, Weezer)
The event was rescheduled from 2020 to 2022 and also the venue changed. First asked for a refund, but got the answer that the tickets were not refundable, but heard that some people had gotten refunds, which was a bit confusing. Decided to wait for the new date for the event. Customer service responded quickly to email enquieries and had we no problems with the rescheduled tickets at the event.
