No refund - after cancelled concert. AEROSMITH 🤯🤯🤯

From buying the tickets, to parking, staff, venue, warm up act to Simply Red, this concert was one of the best I've gone to and I've seen a good many. The seats we had were up near the front and the atmosphere was amazing. Definitely recommend them, along with Simply Red and venue.

I bought two tickets to see Simply Red on this website. Tickets were emailed immediately.
Due to Covid the concert was postponed a number of times. We finally got to use them on Wed 2nd Feb.
I received updates throughout the pandemic with information about the gig. A great service indeed. The gig was amazing. We had brilliant seats, 11 rows from the stage. A perfect view and space to dance.
Worth waiting over two years for 💃

I bought two tickets to The Weeknd in Paris.
First the event got postponed and now cancelled.

Just got an email saying I will be receiving a voucher, it is not possible to get a refund.

I haven't got any voucher and they have removed all of their contact information so it is not possible to get a hold of them.

This whole thing is a scam be aware

Be aware if ordering tickets from Onlineticketsshop and your show gets cancelled. Nothing less than full reimbursent is to be expected as that is what they get from Ticketmaster, and it's also stated on their website, however they won't hold that promise.

Normally, I would get my tickets at the official ticket sale site but in this case it was sold out quickly. I found Onlineticketsshop and got my tickets by paying a premium, which was fine. However, the show got pushed due to the pandemic and recently it was actually cancelled (NOT due to the pandemic) because the artist wanted to do something bigger now that so much time has gone by. Previous ticket holders will get an early bird chance to buy tickets to the new show, but since Onlineticketsshop won't refund my tickets I won't be able to do that.

I got a voucher for the original amount to use on their website. They sell overpriced tickets that won't be reimbursed in case of cancellation, no thanks.

TL;DR
Even though Onlineticketsshop get full reimbursement from Ticketmaster, they refuse to reimburse the customer

HELLO: i have a voucher for €224 that expires the next 22th 09 2022 . Im trying to purchase 2 tickets now, and the system dosnt allow me to use the voucher and request a credit card which of course i will not give to you. I need you to solve my problem otherwise I will be obligated to submit my complains both to the Norwegian and Dutch authorities of Consumer protection.

The tickets arrived without trouble and though I was surprised there was no seat number I was correctly reassured through email none were needed.

Great price, great seats and a great game.

Fake company!!!

I bought tickets from online ticket shop that were unauthorized. Now I can't get through to their phone lines and none of my emails have received a reply

I bought Tickets for the Kiss concert that was suppose to be held in South African in July, due to Covid-19 this concert was cancelled, with no future dates.
On line ticket shop refuses to refund our money and has offered us a voucher plus 10% for any future concerts to be held in South Africa.
They claim that their terms and conditions state no refunds and that vouchers will be supplied.
Since when is this good business practice, they take our money and we now have to be happy with a voucher which will be probably never use, R4000 is a lot of money in SA terms.
Never again will I use this site to book a concert.
We are all in this together but it looks like the clients are far worse off than the service provider.

Hi! Has someone bought tickets for Harry Stykes concert in 2021? I am buying for Hungary but do not know how to do it on this website...

First off, My mistake for even falling for this site. When searching for the band I wanted tickets for this one popped up first on google. Did not know until it was too late that this site resells tickets so you do not have any guarantee if the tickets will work or not. Annoyed because they scammed us for thousands!! Do not buy from them!!!!
They are VERY quick to answer you when you want something Back from them.

After reading the negative feedback they always say they are not a scam company and it says so all over they page that they resell tickets to save their skin. Very clever and known moves for scam companies. But when you visit the site for the first time no where does it get in your face that this site is reselling. You have to be on the page and click some pages or scroll a little too see. So No , it’s not that clear to see. Again a good tactic for these companies. Although some tickets may work for some . The Utterly misleading site (Which they state it’s not) how is it not when SO MANY say the same.

I bought 2 tickets to Rammstein 2020 , the best tickets available. Unfortunately got dragged into this site by mistake in a hurry because they sell out so quick. Overpriced as hell. Rammstein announced later on , that they would have a second concert the next day too. I bought 2 tickets for next day also(from ticket
Master), To have in case these flopped. Then covid-19 happend. You would think other rules applied or some form for compassion would take place as som many suffered and still suffers.

So it turned out Rammstein and the venues had to cancel everything for 2020. And that they will be back on the same-ish date next year 2021. Totally fine , for the circumstances. But they now merged the two concerts in one. So all of us with 2 day tickets were left in the pit. We have the right for refund from eventim & Ticketmaster . And my tickets are from eventim just unfortunately from this lousy scam site. They are VERY VERY QUICK to answer emails now when it comes to refunds. Got an answer almost right away. Copy and paste answers I guess. NO REFUNDS . They also made sure to copy and paste that it says so in their terms of service; pandemics = no refunds.

I may take legal action to see the options here , cause it is a lot of money for them to reply and say I should use 2 sites they recommend for me to sell my tickets on cause they can’t help me. You are a company right? You should be able to help and resolve the issue. That is also why so many think it’s a scam. Not just for tickets not working but the ethics the unprofessional company have too. After the first VERY QUICK copy paste response I asked again why I could not get a refund when all the others do? WE HAVE TICKETS FOR 2 days , and they changed for 1 day. AND also changed for the next year. But NOW, no answers , NO REPLY. Just : it says so in our terms of service. They got us wrapped in that. That’s the only way they get through. Extremely sad and frustrating. (their answer for the no reply will be if answered : we have so many emails to answer) but they are rather quick for the first automatic reply for no refunds. Thank you for making 2020 even worse.

But all in all. They do not care.
So do not buy from this site.

Hi im wondering if the concert of Celine Dion In august will be cancelled if so what will happen to our ticket.

Everything from booking - confirmation - security and follow up have been more than appreciated.
Actually,of course,one can become a bit nervous if those tickets are valid etc. Though from own experience,this is a great ticket engine if you want those tickets that are sold out other places.
