Bought the tickets for a concert a year…
Bought the tickets for a concert a year in advance. When I had questions, customer service was quick to reply. A day before the concert they sent a reminder email with important information regarding rules and regulations as well as which roads were closed around the venue. All information you could get at the concert venue's website but it was nice to receive this reminder. I was worried about the process but it all went smoothly.
However, always double check the kind of ticket you are buying for your own safety. In my case, as stated on the venue's website and official concert details, the name on the ticket did not matter as long as the QR-code was used just once.
Someone reselling a ticket could have potentially sold this ticket but made sure to get into the venue first. Just a heads up.
Sometimes the name is important, so make sure the details are correct in advance.
I have seen that onlineticketshop will refund you if you have proof that you were denied access to the concert for whatever reason.

I bought two tickets for John Fogerty…
I bought two tickets for John Fogerty in the belief that they cost 700 DKK per piece. When the bill came, it was 1000 DKK per piece - that is, 300 DKK more than the original price. I do not think it was particularly visible that the price had changed before I bought the tickets. Feel very cheated and do not want to use Onlineticketshop another time.

I paid 1500 NOK for 1 tickets to…
I paid 1500 NOK for 1 tickets to Rammstein and 3 days later I got a ticket showing original price 1050 NOK, so basically I paid 33% more. I think this is not legal, I hope everyone can read this review and company will be closed asap.

That you don't have to stand in the queue at the official sale and you don't have to stress and maybe even don't get the tickets.

I paid 180€ to much😤😤😤
I find it very strange and not done that i pay almost 30€ more for the tickets than the original tickets. I had 6 tickets , so that is almost 180€ to much paid. Never i will do this again😤😤😤people buy with th original site. Do not make this site rich!!!!

Awful Customer Service and a Rip-Off
Do yourself a favor and buy your tickets directly from the original event website or official authorized seller, because that is what this company does anyway, then they charge you 40-50% extra for it. Yet on top of that they will take extra “processing” fees for buying the tickets for you. If this isn’t enough of an issue, their customer service person is completely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When contacting them about issues I had, he/she straight up told me that “we didn’t force you to buy from our website” instead of providing a solution. I am horrified at this experience. If you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved. I guess you should’ve known better to use another website as per their words.
