This way we could stand over the quality of workmanship that users of our service receive. In 2008 we improved things even more by introducing a transparent and fair ratings system to enable home owners to rate the overall service they get from individual tradesmen. This not only informs and protects property owners, but also enables the good tradesmen to differentiate themselves from the bad. It's a win-win. Very poor service given.
Tradesman Joe said he would call later in the week, never did.
Then promised to call the next week, never did.
Haven't heard from him since.
Most unimpressed with the service and would not recommend!

Impossible to cancel subscription.
I have emailed numerous times to cancel my subscription and they are still taking money from my account. When I initially joined I said to them on the phone “three months subscription only”. Five months later they are still taking my money. There was a link for cancellation but when I go to it, it sends me around in circles. When I click on it,it kept bringing me back to the same thing! They don’t want you to cancel. Then they want reasons why I am cancelling, when I give them a reason there is no reply and they take my money again! I am so angry with this company. Then I can’t get a real human to answer the phone to explain all this! Onlinetradesmen, don’t even reply to this review with excuses, I did everything to cancel and you make it almost impossible. How dare you continue to take my money when it was just a Three month contract. How am I supposed to get my money back now when you don’t answer the phone, you just keep sending repetitive emails with” we are sorry to see you leave”. It should be “we are not letting you leave”!. Terrible service.

SCAM, Tradesmen avoid
Joined Online Tradesman to get some extra jobs and make money, they took my €100 to register and after they take your money they ask for certs I dont have and wont refund my money even though I have used none of their services!! ABSOLUTE SCAM! Customer service is also a joke.
They claim they state you need qualifications to which I have but do not specify exactly what certs you need until after you pay😂😂😂
They have no problem with you paying but wont refund when you have not used their services at all!

Hello Kevin, When you registered your business, Kevin G Electrical, with OnlineTradesmen, it was clearly stated that proof of trade qualifications is required to access job leads. This is a necessary step to protect both homeowners and tradespeople — and to comply with legal requirements.
You were particularly frustrated about not receiving Safe Electric job leads. However, without a valid Safe Electric qualification, it would be illegal and irresponsible for us to provide Kevin G Electrical with such work. We take compliance and safety seriously, which is why this requirement is non-negotiable.
We have offered to help you activate your account for job leads that match the qualification you stated you hold, but have not submitted.
Per our terms and conditions, subscriptions are non-refundable. That said, we’re still happy to assist you in completing your registration so you can access the full benefits of the platform.
If you’d like to move forward or discuss this further, our team is here to help.

Very easy to use, tradesman I worked with was excellent, fixed the issue in 30 minutes, very professional.
