This way we could stand over the quality of workmanship that users of our service receive. In 2008 we improved things even more by introducing a transparent and fair ratings system to enable home owners to rate the overall service they get from individual tradesmen. This not only informs and protects property owners, but also enables the good tradesmen to differentiate themselves from the bad. It's a win-win. Great, with one Caveat.
Onlinetradesman itself is great. Put me intouch with a really good, reputable tradesman. Would happily use it again! The only reason I've taken one star off is the website itself is not very intuitive. Navigation isn't as clear cut as it might be, and it could do with being better signposted once you've logged in to find your open jobs, replies etc. I had to google how to find out how to leave a review for the tradesman in question (really shouldn'be in a drop down menu). Other than that however it's great!

10 responses in a short time window for a job. It was much faster than individual contact. Regretting not to have multiple quotes for comparison but got the job done in timely and professional manner.

Fake tradesmen
Posted a job back in June, couple of days in I got a call from a guy that onlinetradesmen gave my details to , to make a long story short the guy took 5 weeks, made such a mess that the whole thing has to be ripped out and done again costing me €8000 and another €8000 to get it done again

Atech Professional Tiling highly recommend
Atech Professional Tiling
Graham provided a great service upgrading my ensuite shower and tiling the bathroom. He was prompt in giving a very fair quotation and was able to give great recommendations. There was no hassle when unexpected plumbing issues were discovered and he was even able to recommend a bathroom supplier which I was very happy with. It was a pleasure having Graham and his colleague in our home to do the renovations and I would look for Atech again in the future.

I have used Onlinetradesmen.ie for years and at least 10 jobs. It is the first place I go to when needing something done around the house.
All contractors are vetted (qualified), have public liability insurance, and you can see genuine reviews of the tradesmen you are about to hire on their website

I HIGHLY recommend Magnetech Solid Solution LTD company ( electricians ). Noel and his son are really professional electricians. On the top of it they are also very nice individuals.
As a matter of the fact - they were and they are the only electricians on this website who won't rob you blind but coming with more than decent & reasonable price including their detail quote ergo you know very well what exactly you pay for.
They don't try to trick you what so ever to increase your budget in their favour.
It is pleasure to contact Noel from Magnetech Solid Solution LTD company indeed - as he is very kind person with understanding approach including communication skills as well.
After lots of attempts to get an electrician who is "an old school" - means a decent person and not some sort of cowboy - I've got lucky.
The job has been done smoothly today without any issue.
I will defo contact this company again in the future.
This company is like a diamond between fake gold.

Painting Tiling plastering plumbing they did it all
I hired Jozef and his team to do a few plumbing and tiling jobs aswell as an interior painting while we were away on holiday. He gave great advice and a fair and reasonable quote. Throughout the job I received updates by WhatsApp and a phone call to assure me everything was going to plan. The job they did was phenomenal they left the house spotless and I’m so impressed with Jozef and his team I’ll definitely be looking for them to help with another project I have coming up. If you are considering hiring these guys do it you’ll be delighted with them
