Great brand.

I first became aware of this brand last year whilst in Tenerife so thought it was just available in Spain. However upon arriving back home in the UK I found out I could order things here so was really pleased. The fit, quality and feel of the clothes is great, my items arrived really quickly and were packaged securely and I will definitely be ordering more items in future.

Don't buy online vouchers from this…

Don't buy online vouchers from this company. They have no interest in you once they have your money!
I bought a £50 voucher for Christmas for my son (2025) who tried to spend it and was told he couldn't. I have tried ringing, answers are in Danish or Dutch, messaging via their Chatbot who sends you round in circles and emailing to say they are following it up and who are not. I have heard nothing. They have no interest in aftersales or customer service whatsoever. Trading Standards is my next port of call.

Good shirts but sizes inconsistent. Postage costs put us off trying a different size

We love your linen blend shirts for men. Bought 2 in a size we know fits from previously. We also ordered an Oxford cotton blend shirt in the same size and it is too small. This is disappointing as we thought the shirt very smart and we have to pay return postage, which we knew in advance. This is putting us off from ordering a bigger size. We would have to pay for delivery again and if too large then pay yet again to return. Exchanges are not possible, which feels unfair given the sizing discrepancy.

Grey trousers

I think to send out merchandise with 1 leg of a pair of trousers way longer than the other is diabolical, I've used only sons for yrs now and it's damaging!!!!

Yet again I find the whole process of…

Yet again I find the whole process of buying clothing from Only & Sons online so easy (not always with other sites). Good quality items and at reasonable prices. I am a young at heart 72 year old and find several of the ranges are just my style and I do not need to worry about fitting as everything I have bought so far fits perfectly. I think the phrase is 'true to size'. Long may it continue. Thank you.

ONSFRED T-shirts are the absolute best!

Hands down the ONSFRED T-shirts are the best I’ve ever bought, the fit is spot on and they feel amazing to wear. The same applies with the ONSCERES Regular Fit Sweatpants, fit and feel are amazing. Highly recommend both products.

Costs me four notes to return.
