Dye discrepancies

Every single time I order a sweatshirt and joggers in the same color they are different. Both say super light grey but they have different dye and nuances which is insanely frustrating, how hard can it be to match the bottoms and tops together.

Shopping was smooth with no issues

Shopping was smooth with no issues. I was also satisfied with the delivery time. It lost one star (ie. I gave 4*) as the item I ordered was small and I needed an exchange but there was no option for that. Also, there is a charge to return items which contributed to my 4* rating instead of 5*. I have ordered a larger size and awaiting delivery. It would have been much easier to request an exchange/ replacement

Poor from start to finish. Avoid.

Poor. Late, no follow up. Never received item.

Tried to process a refund and received a form which I couldn’t fill out without printing out which is not straight forward to do and scan back over.

Super disappointed with the whole service after never receiving my item!

Great product with rubbish service

Great product as I had trousers from O&S before. Ordered on the 23rd Dec and only after reporting to PayPal I finally received it on the 9th Jan. Product is great like I said and worth the wait but even a Xmas period is not a good enough excuse for such slow service. Hopefully improvements can be made because the products they sell ale very very good

Took 3 weeks to arrive after shipping.

Tracking didn’t update between shipping and when it arrived with delivery partner 3 weeks later. Tried to get an update but just kept getting generic message telling me to wait 2-3 from shipping. Chatbot was useless. It was a Christmas present but didn’t arrive until 31st December despite ordering on 8th Dec. Gave no indication it would take this long when I ordered. Good product but bad service. I wouldn’t order from here again.

Delivery time is ridiculous

Delivery time is ridiculous
I made the order on the 18th of December hoping to receive the package before Xmas. It is now the 3rd of January no movement for my package, still saying on the RM tracking that they're waiting for the parcel to be received. I have emailed countless of times for them to cancel order but they cannot due it to leaving their warehouse 'apparently' never will use again

AVOID

Awful service, avoid them if you can

Awful, awful service. Ordered an item on the 8th December to the office I work in, received a notification on the 30th it had arrived (Over three weeks later)

Not sure how it could have been delivered as the office was completely closed for the Christmas break from Christmas Eve and only opening on the 5th January.

Most likely they have lost the parcel.

Emailed lots of times from the 8th asking for an update and refund- Still not heard from them. It seems clear to me they are trying to steal my money.

Appalling service, avoid at all costs.
