For my first order

For my first order, I wanted to return an article but I can't explain how terrible is my user experience. I was able to create a return label but impossible to have it working with the Post Office. I reached out multiple times the support but I either end up on a chat with AI oran automatic email
answer. After more than 2 months, I'm unable to talk to a human being. Thanks for the 100 days return policy. That's how long it takes you to get your money back. I'm giving up;

Need to change customer focus.

The quality of clothes, is not reviewed.
But what will be part of our piece will be the appalling customer service. All returns for badly sized items have to be paid for by the customers. In this case £16.36 by Royal Mail. That is only half of the order.
Oh, then after receiving the order received a discount code, bad timing, mmmm.

Nice design and quality

Good quality, nice colour and design.
When I entered my profile mesurements as a tall,skinny,adult, loose fit preference the guide advised me to buy a size S.
Fortunately I took a size L as usual, and this fits great...

And yet another disappointing response from bestsellers, the company that represents Only and Sons in the Netherlands...
They sell junk and then blame it on someone else.
Disgusting, but I'm looking for a reliable brand.
