The product and Service from Only & Sons is exceptional. Love the quality and fit. Unfortunately I can only give 4 stars because your delivery partner is Royal Mail. Once again they failed to deliver when they said they would and tried to blame this on me saying that I wasn't home. Absolute lie, no attempted delivery card left and the item was sent with no signature required anyway. Sorry Only & Sons. Change your delivery partner and it would be 5 stars all the time.

They discriminated and fired an employee today in front of the customers just because she was defending Christianity and Jesus. The apparently boss or manager was mocking Jesus Christ (I think he was Muslim). Beware of the man with long hair! He also doesn’t like Jews. I didn’t want to but I listened her mentioned she has also Jewish family (?) not sure. But yeah, so unprofessional all the screams when he’s supposed to act like adult

As part of our move to go paperless, we no longer include a return label in the parcel—returns are now handled online through our Return Portal.
