Gareth was incredibly prompt with communication and handled everything so quickly and efficiently. He always kept us fully updated at every stage of the process, which gave us so much reassurance during what can be a very stressful time. He made sure everyone involved was kept in the loop, so there were never any misunderstandings or unnecessary delays.

He is not only extremely thorough and professional in all aspects of the legal process, but also genuinely lovely to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer questions and provide clarity whenever we needed it.

Our solicitor was easy to talk to if we had any questions or we didn’t understand anything in particular. Direct line to one’s desk to avoid going through the mainline. All tasks completed in time with the rest of the chain, so we were confident that any hold ups were not on us. This put us at ease with the whole process.

This is the third time I’ve used this conveyancing firm, but my first time working with Pari — and she has been absolutely outstanding.
She was always easy to reach, regularly picking up the phone when I called and proactively keeping me informed as soon as updates came in. She explained everything clearly and gave great advice and guidance throughout the process.
We were under huge time pressure with very aggressive deadlines, and Pari worked incredibly hard to make sure everything stayed on track, even when it felt like it wouldn’t be possible.
