It was not stated on the webpage that the baby pram would not come with the bumper bar.. I received the order without it.. Even the customer service had to confirm with the supplier as they were not sure..

My furnitures still lay on the street
I can’t find it possible that if you buy extremely expensive baby furniture the standard delivery is to the outside of your building, specially when the people buying such furniture are pregnant and most likely can’t carry it up (in my case 3rd floor). There was no option to select to my door, so I assumed that would be the standard. When I contacted OnskeBorn they told me it was not their responsibility since they are not the supplier... I wonder why I bought from them to begin with? Zero transparency and zero help from customer support, my super heavy 4 boxes still lay on the street until I find someone who can bring them up. Ridiculous service. Terrible experience.

Virkelig dårlig kundeservice
Virkelig dårlig kundeservice. Fik en forkert vare som jeg selvfølgelig returnerede, men fik ikke penge tilbage for fragt.
When I insisted asking why I need to pay for a mistake that they made, they just hung up the phone! Unbelievably bad service, never use their services again! It was bad enough that my son got a pink train on his birthday and that the correct item was sold out when I checked their on their website afterwards, but their customer service made it 100 times worse.
