Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Waited for several weeks. In the week in which our item was supposed to arrived, I heard still nothing. Called. They said the item will arrive tomorrow and they will forward it then. Should arrive in the next days. It didn't. Called again. They said I canceled the order!!! I kept telling them no I didn't but they didn't believe me. They were super unapologetic and even when I told them explicitly that I wasn't happy with this, they maintained that it wasn't their fault!
This is not the first time we had such an experience with them on the phone. It's certainly the last time we ordered from them.

The service was UNBELIEVABLY poor
The service was UNBELIEVABLY poor. I will never recommend this webshop and NEVER try to buy myself anything from it again.
They called me and set a day for delivery at home, and the item never came.
Then I called to ask when the item was going to be delivered and they set the deliver to another place to the one agreed by phone.
Then I asked about what will happened if I cancel the order and the order was cancelled immediately previous to me authorizing the cancellation. They acted Like they did not want to sell at all the item. Never experience this before.
Days later and I am still ANGRY.
