Fabulous pod. I love the app.
Ive got screens and glass doors. Its going to be fairly warm especially with heater. Definitely use all year round.

Looked for this glass room couldn’t find anything that we could look at in person.
Then found yourselves Open Space Concept who had a great showroom.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always kept us up to date until the time of fitting and also during the fitting time. Fitters were very professional and tidy in their workmanship throughout. Would highly recommended if you were interested in purchasing this product.

Bosomworth Glass are a family company who genuinely take pride in their work. They recently fitted windows for a very well known celebrity on his Buckinghamshire estate. Despite being based a long way from the project, the team travelled down and stayed on the estate for four days on two separate visits to complete the work on two older buildings.

Their professionalism was clear from the outset, and the finished windows were first class. The quality of their craftsmanship and the care they took with the property stood out. I would recommend Bosomworth Glass without hesitation.

Visited open spaces brick lane to have zip repaired on my jacket met saf who was very helpful did an excellent and same day repair at a very reasonable cost i would highly recommend his services

Wonderful product - kept informed of progress throughout the order. Installers arrived promptly and did a great job of the installation - cleaned up after themselves and finished on time.

The whole experience was great. Office staff were easy to contact, really helpful, and made the process run smoothly. The fitters were incredible, and so patient and helpful when a huge leak was discovered right where the glass room was being installed! The room is great and better than we could have imagined.

Open Space were excellent in all aspects from initial enquiry to final payment - the entire overall experience was first class admin wise and installation wise.

From first enquiry through to survey and then fitting the service was excellent. The team were very helpful and supportive throughout the purchasing process. The fitters were efficient, courteous and polite. There was nothing I could fault.

Open Space Concept were incredibly informative and helpful from the very beginning all the way through to the installation of our pergola. The team took the time to explain every detail, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure we were confident with our choices. The installation was smooth, professional, and the final result exceeded our expectations — the pergola looks amazing!

My initial interaction with different staff members was professional, and low key. There was absolutely no pressure sales and I was told straight away what the price would be for my requested design. The site visit to finalise measurements etc was helpful and informative and assisted in making decisions about things like lighting, drop down blinds, colours etc.
Payments were requested in line with their payment schedule and updates on progress of the order were provided by telephone.
When the dates for installation were agreed, they were honoured. The installation team were highly skilled and professional and completed the work quickly without cutting any corners.
I am delighted with the Pergola. The price is higher than elsewhere, but they were the only Company I found that offered a genuine bespoke design, coupled with installation included in the price. Furthermore the quality of the product is very high and the installation is perfect.
