The staff right across the board were extremely helpful from start to finish. The sales team allowed us to decide on our needs with gentle guidance whenever needed, administrative staff kept us informed at all times and the installation team where professional, friendly, involving/advising if any tweaks required. All in all providing us with a glass room we are very happy with.

The whole process of fitting the pergola to clearing the area when the job was completed was excellent. The team worked efficiently and were thorough. Once installed, one of the team explained the remote and generally explained simply and clearly the product

Glass room (glass roof, aluminium back, end half glass/aluminium, full front glass sliding doors) 6m x 3m installed completed Saturday 28th June 2025 - very professional and efficient team installing. Duration of installation was 4 full days, and half a day for final completion. The team worked very well together, obviously have time served working together because they worked as one in such an experienced and efficient manner.
Extremely impressed with the level of service and process, from first engagement, to our input to the design and materials, continuous communication throughout giving regular updates on manufacturing lead times to the installation of the final product.
Super happy with our glass room - would without any hesitation recommend!

A couple of weeks ago we had a glass room and veranda installed at our home and could not be happier. The staff were very professional and friendly from the sales staff to the fitting team. The quality of the materials is excellent. We were kept informed of the various stages of our order and are now enjoying our new space

Damon & Ellis were absolutely superb. Really worked exceptionally hard, solved lots of technical problems and left us with a lovely 5x3 garden room in just 3.5 days.

From the very start, we felt we were dealing with a friendly, helpful team. Their communications were excellent. The surveyor explained exactly what was required, patiently keeping us on point. The team arrived and worked with great care and persistence to construct our garden room - in unseasonably hot weather. Their handover was also carefully delivered, and they left us feeling entirely satisfied.

Great experience when we first had our glass room installed 5 years ago. Today we had a little remedial work done, again to a very high standard. No questions, no fuss within two weeks of contacting them the work is done. The glass room was left cleaner than when they started. You can buy from OSC with confidence.

OSC have been great from start to finish. I was able to have exactly what I wanted with smoked glass and anti-sun roof. The surveyor (Billy) who came out was most helpful with the construction, as it was going over a swim spa. The guys fitting were spot on, professional, tidy and polite. I could not be happier with the finished product. Thank you guys.

We are absolutely delighted with our bespoke Louvred roof Garden Room. Exceptional professional service from start to finish including recommending a company for the removal of our old conservatory and all the civils.
Special mention to Simon and Chris in sales, Billy for his several visits to survey the work, Charlotte who kept us fully updated on the ordering, delivery and installation programme. The installation team of Dorel and Sergiu completed the garden room in 3 1/2 days were very friendly and professional. The standard of workmanship, cleanliness throughout the build was truly exceptional. We would highly recommend OSC who have met and exceeded our expectations.

Great response time and customer care

Fantastic service and workmanship. I am extremely happy with all aspects from visiting the showroom to ordering all the way through to installation. There was a problem with the heater that was fitted and this was replaced immediately. So couldn’t be happier. I would really recommend open space concepts.
