OPortfolio were brilliant, and I could not have got the property I wanted without them. I'd already consulted two other mortgage brokers, neither of whom were able to find anything remotely suitable. But Jade, Lydia, and team achieved what seems like magic! They found me a very reasonable mortgage for a most unusual property, and stayed on board with help and advice through to completion. The team were excellent and response throughout the process, helping us over the entire mortgage/insurance from initial preapproval, to offer, to completion -including negotiating a reeoffer with a better rate when they went down in Jan 21. In the last stages they were especially helpful in unsticking a major point of slowdown where the lender was slow to reply to a solicitor query and then refused to communicate except by post, obtaining an exceptional waiver from a senior manager at the lender to enable completion in a situation with tight time constraints.
