The process of buying a house in London can be long, stressful and full of "surprises", especially for a foreigner, but it was certainly made easier by Jade and the team at Oportfolio. The Oportfolio team did a great job on our re-mortgage and renewal of insurances. We were always kept informed including over the festive period. All team members were up to date with our case and any of them could respond to queries. Nothing was too much trouble and they liaised brilliantly with the insurance providers to clarify outstanding questions.
They were extremely useful in putting pressure on an unresponsive solicitor, ensuring we could complete as scheduled.
