I had lense replacement surgery a few weeks ago and it was a great experience, I was reassured by Sophie who helped me to relax and also Sohail who helped to explain the procedure and then once I had the surgery, Sharon helped explain the recovery process and helped me to fully understand what to expect, a truly great team and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys, I can see clearly now, a great value for money investment, no more awful glasses !!!!!!!

I would really like to use optical express to laser my eyes and had booked an appointment on Saturday. I needed to move the appointment and re-schedule 4 days out. They were totally inflexible and said I had to pay a £50 re-scheduling fee. All their appointments on the Saturday were empty so they haven't lost revenue. I feel they approached this the wrong way. They have now lost a client who was going to spend some money with them for being money grabbing with no flexibility for £50!!!

I had a great experience at Optical Express. Usman, Mohammed, and the entire clinic team were incredibly helpful and welcoming from start to finish.
Mohammed took great care of me and was very down-to-earth, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
Usman took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand which lenses would be best for my needs. His knowledge and professionalism made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

Visited Uxbridge for my pre op and consultation and had the treatment in Milton Keynes and aftercare appointment. Staff very friendly and attentive and surgeon Dr Sajjad at Milton Keynes was fantastic and would recommend, talked me through what was happening during surgery. Alex on reception was very friendly and welcoming and simple was friendly and professional

After seeing advert for laser surgery for 599£ an eye I contacted optical express and made an appointment. I then received 7 phone calls confirming the appointment and 4 emails . I was concerned about their desperation. They charge 50£ if you don’t turn up so I went for the assessment. After one minute of talking I was informed that I was not suitable because of age I was not suitable for the treatment but could have lens replacement treatment for 2,500£ per eye. I told them I could not afford that and left , checking they would not charge the 50£ for not turning up. I was assured that was the case. Later that day I received an email saying I didn’t turn up for the appointment? I have receipts for the 45£ I paid for taxis . Be careful this company is not honest or professional. I will keep you informed if they try to steal the 50£. How condescending to explain what doesn’t happen!! I’ve received 3 emails since yesterday saying I did not attend the appointment. I did attend and have proof . Your expert spent 10 mins hard selling me a 5,000£ plus package before telling me they could not help, never looked at any documents they asked me to bring . Then I left . Very unprofessional and sales orientated

I had multi-focal lens replacement surgery in March. I was given Odessey lenses and they are classed as premium, I am a book keeper and I needed good close vision, I stressed this many many times. I also paid extra so I could drive at night. 3 months on I have really bad close vision, my eyes are so tired from trying to focus and I have migraines which I have never had before. My long vision is good but because of the close vision I will end up in varifocals again as nothing is sharp and clear. Please don’t be fooled by the statistics thrown around, the reality is so different, I have paid almost £9,000 and I am back to where I was in January this year the only difference is I now have constant eye fatigue which make it impossible to work my normal hours. I now have eye drops 6-8 times a day and so far I have so much light interference I cannot drive at night and I have to wear sunglasses in the house. I have been told by an independent optician that my eye health is good, the surgery was fine but the multifocal lenses just aren’t there yet with the technology. I wish I could turn back the clock, please do proper research, lots of sites on Facebook etc, I’m so disappointed

After a long and hard decision to go private for a cataract surgery, as the NHS was too long a waiting list and my cataracts were getting worse , I found Optical Express and reviews were good and also in my area. On the day of my assessment in Dundee branch, I was a bit apprehensive, but I should not have worried as I was well looked after by the lovely staff on reception and Carie Weber was amazing she was very friendly and chatty telling me all about her career and life in general, she was really knowledgable and , got me all booked in for surgery in Edinburgh in July so looking forward to a new visual sight , I would highly recommend Optical Express in Dundee , also the beautiful building..Thank you to everyone at Dundee branch and keep up the good work..

This company at their store in Westfield Shopping Centre refusing to give refunds for incorrect prescription glasses, their error, and specifically stating their 28 day ( to the second) time limits for investigation. I have been calling Customer services for updates, but same 28 day answer with NO explanation, that's a Red flag . KEEP AWAY .
If they were made wrong give a refund immediately. You have the glasses back, and I don't want your offer to remake them, Thank You.
