Could not fault, 10/10
Just finished Eye Laser treatment in the Belfast clinic. From the moment we walked in everyone looked after me we so well. From the receptionists to the nurses and surgeon everyone was so friendly and professional. Stacey was amazing settling my nerves before the procedure! Highly recommend Optical Express Belfast.
I am less than 24 hours after the procedure and my vision is back!

I asked them to cancel my appointment which was five days before and they didn't and took £50 from me, now they are saying it wasn't five days before even though the lady from there told me it was. They are not to be trusted, keep away

Don’t do it
I have lost count of the number of times I have been here. Lens replacement in May 2025 and it is now June 2026. Always long waits. 2 hours standing in a waiting room the day after surgery is not acceptable. Have had lens replacement, laser to correct it and YAG treatment and still can’t see properly. Cost over £7k and still need glasses at certain times. Really think long and hard before wasting your money.

Sue and Monishaa were fantastic. We was made to feel welcome as soon as we enter the room by Sue who also explained the payments perfectly for us at the end. Monishaa was exceptional at explaining everything to us. She didn't overload us but made sure we understood everything.

An A* experience at Optical Express
I was feeling apprehensive about my initial appointment regarding laser eye surgery, but that disappeard as soon as I entered the modern, clean and comfortable reception area.The reception staff welcomed me by name and showed us to a comfortable seating area, with the offer of refreshments.
Everything was explained so that i was aware of who I would see and their names. I was examined by the optomitrist, inviting questions as we went along. She was friendly,professional and concerned that I was understanding and comfortable with the examination.
I have worked in healthcare for 40 years, and was extremely impressed with the protocols and quality of the environment, but especially Sue and Monisha.
They are a credit to Stevenage Optical Express.

I am writing this without specs for the first time in my life after having Lens Replacement Surgery. The fantastic team at Edinburgh Haymarket from start to finish made it easy. The wonderful team Georgina, Danielle, David, Paul, Lyn and each one of them made it so much easier. Everything was explained, they were so supportive on the day and with all my questions afterwards. My vision is fantastic and even better than expected and everyday I waken up surprised and humbled that I can see. I can read, drive and complete everything in my life without specs.
