Seamless ordering process, then couriered earlier than I was expecting.
Tracking information via email was fantastic.

The specs are good, value for money, and comfy to wear. They took a bit of a while to come, and the tint wasn't quite what I expected - more amber than light brown, but those are just things I need to be more aware of next time I order a pair. I found the online form a bit confusing to order non prescription specs, but again, practice should help. I certainly will be getting my next pair from Optically

I recieved my new lenses in my frames .and very pleased at the cost.Unfortunately they are very blurey and are worse than the pair I have for the same script made by s another company.I know my condition has worsened so I am due shortly for a checkup and new test and will order a pair of yours with the new script.Any credits can you please advise and hold till I get the new script.Thanks.Rayner Mathews

Overall a good experience.
Clearly stating that multiple orders will come at different times and in different packages would be a benefit for the customer.

Overall very happy with the experience and outcome.
The only thing that would make it better would be to have some initial email from Optically to say what the tracking number is. I did not know that my order was coming from Australia so when I got the random Australia Post emails I thought they were Spam or Scam type emails.

Better than other shops.

I was trying to buy new glasses for my daughter. I found there wasn't a great selection in the kids section. Given she is older now anyway I decided to go with bigger glasses but still needed to check that the arms were not too long. It would be great if along with providing the details for the prescription if we could also customise the length of the arms

So easy to order, responded and asked the correct information, then the product turned up so quickly and has been awesome to be using my new glasses.

Good quality glasses at a great price. Mine did take 20 days longer to arrive than another NZ glasses website though.
Happy with product and easy-to-use website, would buy from again.

On website it says i can return glasses without reason. But customer service said if it is a progressive glasses then it won’t.

Really happy with the entire process and end product. The only downside was that the order came from Australia, and I’d specifically checked through your website to see where delivery was from. Nowhere is Australia mentioned; in fact NZ Post is mentioned in the shipping section, but nothing about Australia Post (the main carrier). There’s even a Wellington address and NZ phone number. I didn’t want to wait for shipping from overseas.

Waited months for delivery, when arrived was wrong script. Do not use. Terrible.

I now buy my glasses from them, great value for money.
I cannot highly recommend them enough.

Purchased glasses at the end of covid lockdown for mum. They did take alot longer (nearly 2 months rather than 2 weeks as advertised) to arrive due to them being complex lenses which had to come from Australia. However when they did arrive they fit great, look great, are high quality and the price for transitional with blue light protection and premium lenses was unbeatable.

Very happy with glasses quality and price great will shop again!

I'm happy with the glasses but delivery took a lot longer than expected. Previously I've ordered from Zenni in Hong Kong and their delivery was much quicker than you were able to manage. If your website had been more realistic with its promised delivery times, I would have known what to expect and not been disappointed.

I am sorry I didn't read reviews before I ordered my glasses. I ordered and paid for them and expected them within 14 days as their website promised. After 21 days and still nothing I contacted them and they said the frame I chose was out of stock. I couldn't find another suitable frame so they promised to refund my money within 3-5 days. A month later and no refund and they are not answering my emails or phone call I am very, very disappointed and frustrated :-( ;-( SO within one day of posting this review I got my money back in full :-)

I loved this website I got my glasses so much cheaper and they are great going to buy more in the future.
