I ordered a linden tree which arrived in very good shape, well packed.

I am very happy with my Shiro Plum Tree. It exceeded my expectations. It's TRUE to size. It was well vase shaped....the roots was protected with straw and burlap. I have ordered from other companies....and when the tree arrived I was terriblely disappointed with the size and packaging.

Tree was packed well and seems to be good. Planted today will see how it does. I did think it should have had planting instructions.

I bought a Royal Purple Smoke Bush to replace a plant in my front yard. Being from the Midwest I always loved the smoke trees and bushes. I ordered on the 15th of February and Online Orchard had my Royal Purple Smoke Bush delivered yesterday by UPS. I am very happy with the way my plant was packaged and shipped. Very speedy delivery.

A few months ago I ordered a couple of Autumn Blaze trees from Online Orchards and received them a few days later. Both looked very healthy but for some unknown reason one died.
I contacted Online Orchards and they quickly sent two replacements. All three trees are now well established and showing signs of strong growth.
They seem a very nice company to do business with

I ordered two 4 in 1 cherry trees. One died almost immediately. I contacted them 3 times via e-mail (there is no phone number on their website) and was completely ignored. Whatever you are saving in money by ordering from this discounted vendor is not worth the aggravation and poor customer service if you have a problem. I finally has dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Bought two of online orchards Red Delicious apple trees thru Amazon. They were about twice as large and looked more healthy than trees from other suppliers. Wish I would have known about Online Orchards earlier. Will update as the trees mature.

Be aware of these people , they switch who your dealing with all the time , is it them or is it the landlord , they are very good when taking your money , but if anything goes wrong then they fob you off to the landlord , then the landlord doesn’t reply at that goes on and on , when you end your tenency then they take over again taking the smallest faults and want £180.00 for that or as they say , now your dealing with the landlord again who is very keen to speak now that they are demanding money from your deposit ,the agents give you some stuff on mould in bathrooms etc , and when the mold get bad and you clean it , which then also takes paint from the wall , then the landlord wants £180.00 to paint the bathroom, you also take a tenency in which the agents state that there is mould on and around the windows in every room , but if you don’t clean it at the end of tenency then the landlord again wants money from you for not cleaning the mould , which was there before you moved in . So do you clean the mold or leave it , cos they want more money either way . Don’t go with them , remember they are very nice when your looking to move in and they are taking your money ..and just to add I am now in the process of taking them to court to get all of my deposit Back , cos they or the landlord want £500.00 for general wear and tear , like , fading paint , some chipped paint , water stain on sink , toilet seat a bit loose, be very careful , I don’t know how long it’s going to be before I get my deposit back but it’s been one month already .

I understand that there are various functions involved with letting a property but I ended up dealing with 6 separate individuals. To compound the difficulty, all my original documentation was lost which required another lengthy exercise in paper work. It was even suggested that I delay the start date of the new tenancy so we could have more time to complete all the detail.
The information I was asked for was incredibly precise and as a consequence, unique in my letting experience.
My advice would be to streamline the process, expand individuals roles and minimise the detail.

I have received excellent service from Orchard in relation to recent viewings. I worked with the agent named Dan at Orchard who was first class at providing a professional service. We went back to the proeprty three times in total to view the house. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan. He is a true professional and I would not hesitate in recommending Dan, and indeed the rest of the Orchard team.

The initial meeting and the valuation for renting and contractual was brilliantly handled and the process of securing a tenant was excellent. However the communication within the back office was not so good and the layout of the statements is not good; I am experienced in letting statements and even I had trouble interpreting it.

Went to Dartford orchard for Christmas panto 2 see Aladdin expecting an average show.

I was pleasantly surprised it was very good funny kids loved it good songs.
Not as cringy as normal panto.
4d glasses for the show that was very good pleased to say would defo recommend and go back.

Best not 2 judge Dartford on its postcode!
