I would highly recommend this company, they have been superb and in particular Will, who seems to have a calm friendly efficient manner when all around him (me and solicitors) are losing the plot. Their handling of our sale, viewings and the negotiation and closure have been nothing short of superb. The right estate agent CAN make ALL the difference, and Orchard and Will excel at this and are a credit to their profession. Also special thanks to Paul, Keith and Rebecca who were equally on hand, keen and efficient. Our thanks to this team.

From Daniel who initially showed me the house, through to Paul who helped out with a number of questions on route to completion, Orchard have been exemplary. I reserve a special mention For Rebekah who after completion, after the fee was earn't went above and beyond - this sums up my experience with Orchard and would happily recommend to buyer and seller alike, Will be there when we sell .

Rebekah has been absolutely brilliant in helping us with the purchase of our house! She has been there from first our viewing to exchange and has made the process so much easier. She was always at the end of the phone when needed to answer our questions and constantly chasing things through and updating us, I can honestly say she has made the whole experience so much easier and I would have no hesitancy in recommending her and Orchard.

Paul at Orchard has been a breath of fresh air. Honest, helpful and offering meaning advice on the properties we viewed without being pushy. We never felt rushed or that anything was too much trouble (even a 3rd viewing was no bother!). They kept us very up to date with progress so we were never left wondering what was happening. We felt they were doing their very best to get a deal which everyone was happy with. When Paul was off he made sure the other guys touched base and they were equally pro-active and helpful. We have now had an offer accepted on a property through Orchard which is definitely in part due to their approach, and would definitely look to sell our property through them in future.

Rachel was my lettings neg and she was brilliant. As this is my 1st time moving into a rented building a lot of things were new to me, Rachel kindly helped me understand everything and got me to where I needed to be with a smooth running process.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Paul Phelan and all the staff at Orchard. Throughout the selling process, Paul provided first class support, providing daily updates and advice through all the 'ups and downs' that inevitably come with selling and buying a house. When the buyers at the bottom of the chain pulled out, very close to exchange, threatening the whole chain, Paul and his colleagues at Orchard stepped in, and true to Paul's word, found another buyer within 2 days enabling the whole sale process to be completed within one month. Paul really should be commended for the brilliant service he provided.
