Brilliant Service!

The Orchard team were first class in their approach to helping us find our new home. We dealt with Rebekah who was in constant communication with us from the very beginning and if it wasn't for her, I'm not sure we would have found the house we ended up buying!

Will, Paul and Chris were also very influential in helping us secure the house. The after service once our offer was accepted was also superb.

We would absolutely use Orchard again in the future and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.

As a first time renter I was struggling to find anywhere, nervous about a change in circumstances and unsure of the process but Rachel and Jo helped me out massively, kept me constantly in the loop and got me moved in to a gorgeous apartment in no time. I would recommend them to anybody on the lookout for lettings!

As a 1st time house buyer in the UK we had viewed a lot of houses and had dealt with a lot of other estate agents. The day I popped into Orchard Rebekah was very professional, and took time out to take my details and go through properties. We had 5 viewings booked for the following week.
We dealt with a few people in Orchard for the different viewings and they all knew our detail and were very personable. For the most part we dealt with Rebekah. The house we were interested in we viewed 3-4 times before finally deciding on the purchase.
Once our offer was accepted Chris took over as he was the completion expert. Level of communication and professionalism was second to none.
For anyone selling a house that thinks using one of the online firms to save money is a good idea, you should think again. All these silly adds about "commisiory" on the TV/Radio. You pay commission to estate agents as they know the market, are knowledgeable about questions and
understand the entire process. We did other viewings with home owners directly and it was so off putting as a buyer.
We also did viewings with other estate agents in the area and the level of professionalism, dress code etc was poor.
Could not be happier with Orchard team. People buy products but in reality people buy from people. All at Orchard were wonderful to deal with. Any future house sellers need to keep in mind that " people buy from people"

Was really the best experience we could of had. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful, and within days of getting in touch we were already vistiting houses that was exactly in line with what we were looking for, and our agent Dan was always in touch with us to make sure we had the best possible experience throughout start to finish, and answer any questions we had. We went to several different estate agents, but Orchards really stood out from the others in terms of professionalism, rapidness and kindness of all the staff working there. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The whole team in Orchard is very lovely to deal with. They gave us useful advice during our sale and purchase journey. We are very happy with our choice, and are very impressed how they follow up the events after the sale was agreed as a whole process.

In a day and age of cost saving where people use internet based agents to reduce the cost, you will not get the service, interaction and work ethic of a traditional estate agent.

We started the process with Orchard to sell our property, our sale was not an easy process but Orchard were relentless in their efforts to sell our house.

They earnt every penny of their fee which we were more than willing and happy to pay.

We stumbled upon Orchards when we decided to spread our property search a little wider. Are we glad we did!
Our initial contact was Daniel Slade. Dan has such a nice manner and comes across very professional but friendly. We didn’t get the feeling of the hard sell that sometimes I certainly feel you get when looking at properties.
Dan listened to our criteria, got into a good conversation to get the measure of us and what we need.
