Used many estate agents before and it has always been a very stressful time. Have used Orchard a few times now, and they always take all the stress away, and deal with all stages of the chain to always keep me informed. Not to mention they have always been the best negotiators.

Excellent service from start to finish and good advice.

I'd highly recommend Orchard and particularly Dan Slade, an agent that continually goes above and beyond to exceed customers needs. I would recommend anyone looking at properties in the Camberley area, speak with Dan and Orchard.

Fantastic from start to finish! As first time buyers we were extremely nervous however Rebekah made it so easy and straight forward!

After an easy purchase through Orchard in 2015 we decided we also wanted to put our house on the market with them in January. The team are so easy to deal with and they sold our house within 2 days of it being on the market!!

Rebekah dealt with all of our viewings and post sales support and was fantastic from start to finish. Communication is absolutely spot on - so nice to be given feedback on every viewing and have quick answers to questions.

Thanks to Dan , I had him stored in my phone as orchard dude. Simply wonderful, we first viewed a house with him may 2016, he worked out quickly it wasn't for us. Showed us the one we currently own and after 2nd viewing with it just about to go to other agent. Paul we met briefly and he was very switched on. Thanks orchard dude 😎

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, the only criticism I have is being handed a whole bundle of keys for doors and padlocks with no labels - it took us hours to get in the house and open all the doors.

A great service, from initial viewings to negotiation through to moving in. Communication with them is especially good and we would be more than happy to use Orchards again.

Rachel was very helpful in every step of the way to help me adjust and understand the processes. I never felt rushed and she was very patient to all my questions and concerns. She took time to keep me updated about all the changes happened over the month of me renting the place.

The following could be coz of the fact that I moved from a country where things are done differently But I would have liked a better inspection of the apartment (nothing crazy but i would not call the place to be professionally cleaned) before moving in, had to reach out to the apartment management multiple times to get things sorted out.

Though this has nothing to do with Orchard (i guess) and they did promptly shared my concerns with the management (which i am not too impressed of).

I've never heard of orchard lettings until my recent move . Really happy with my service and particurly Rachel O'brien who was always super profefional but with a warm and friendly personality . She made sure everything ran smoothly for me. I'd definatly recommend orchard lettings to any of my friends .
