Very helpful. Rachel especially was exceptional at making the whole experience much less daunting and was instrumental in helping us find a new home.

The process was quick and simple. The agency costs are not unreasonable. A pain free experience with viewings to work around my availability. I spoke to a lot of members of the team and all were just as helpful as each other.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and tried their utmost to help with buying experience.

Our home buying experience with Orchard Estate agent and Chris Gray has been excellent! Throughout the process Chris and the team have been absolutely fantastic and gone above and beyond. Some challenges with the house buying process led to quite a stressful experience (properties falling through etc) however Orchard have been supportive and one step ahead of the journey throughout! Would really recommend them!

Were sold on the personable director and non-estate agent feel to them. Eventually did a good job, but the first month when the director who sold Orchard to us was on holiday was very poor with the marketing of our house appearing to be well below par. Seems to me that this agent depends on a small number of top rate individuals but when they're not present standards drop. Was this £10k of service and would we have sold for a lower price or more slowly with someone like Purple Bricks?....I'm not so sure.
