Orchard were brilliant! We had a particularly difficult move involving a new homes site at the top which Orchard were selling, along with the property we were trying to buy. We lost a buyer on the day of exchange but Will and the team kept the chain together when we re-sold and remained calm and maintained their excellent level of communication. I don't think you could want any more of an agent, they are professional, mature and human. Top marks!

The service we received from Orchard was fantastic. I love that every member of the team came out to the house at the start to learn about my home to enable them to know what they were selling potential buyers.
We had 17 viewings in the first 5 days and one of those people bought the house.
Orchard maintained contact throughout and responded to e-mails the same day.
The pictures and information about our house was very good and posted online the day after we agreed to use Orchard.
Our house was marketed, sold and completed in 9 weeks.
